Daaaaa read the reviews awful of course.wanted to rest in the dal from the city and here the conditions are terrible why can 't you do a good rest because the prices are not small.and to go to Bashkortostan or Buzuluk is not hunting

Why the Reviews

We wanted to rest with our friends. We booked a cottage, paid a down payment, but an hour later we got a call and they said that someone had paid the entire amount and they refused us. The managers don't have enough information, the feeling that the prices are being invented on the go. On the site the price is one, on arrival it's another. The area is dirty, unattended!!!! All the cottages and basements are old, needing major repairs!!!! For a vacation with friends and family we don't advise.

expectation and reality

We wanted to spend the weekend away from the city, with all the conveniences, we booked a luxury. We were disappointed. Dear owners and employees, this is not the level of luxury. Although the pay is not small. Everywhere dust, hygiene kit 1, although we booked a room for 2, drops on faucets, glass, etc., no napkins in the room, no appliances, nothing. The maid made a note that we passed through another corridor, it turns out that you can't walk without an administrator, crap, we don't like to complain, but you can draw conclusions.

About the luxury.

It was the worst 3 days we've been there. One thing we really liked is the delicious food and the open zoo.But the numbers were just terrible!!!The problems started with the settlement, when in those days we had to change the card key five times to get into the room.This was the problem with all the rooms.The water in the shower was not going down completely, all the faucets were rusty, the walls were dirty.There were glasses in all the rooms, we didn't have them.We asked for them three times, but they didn't get them.The mosquitoes in the room weren't on the walls, even on my beds were like they were at home.The train came by the house.

A FULL JOY

It's a family vacation here, starting with a beach, a pretty good beach, there's bunk beds, a free water pool, a mangrove area, a bar, a large area, a zoo, a good hotel, in terms of price and quality.

The menu is disgusting, I don't know who calculated, if for five people 1.5 mandarins, for 12 people 2 liters of seafood, it didn't even get to one person for one piece of slices or for one basket..... the menu is far from New Year's, chicken file, disgusting fish(how can you spoil a sea cucumber???) Service service also for three!!!

The 2019 meeting is awesome!

This is the fifth year in a row that we have held a conference and a corporate event to celebrate the New Year at the Park Hotel. I would like to note that the quality and service are getting better every year. After visiting for the first time, in 2013, there were only bad impressions. This time I would like to celebrate the cleanliness of the rooms on the 4th floor, the friendly staff. The problem of magnetizing the cards for entrance to the room remains, but it is solved quickly.

Conference and Corporate

We celebrated the New Year with our family 4 years ago in the park-hotel Nжинка, it was fabulous! It was an interesting program and very tasty food!!! We were so excited and decided to celebrate 2019 there! We paid for the holiday a month in advance. We showed the menu and it set us up. We picked a table, the organizers promised that everything would be at the highest level. Here the story ended! When we arrived at the party we sat at another table at the end of the hall in the corner! Everything was scarce and not tasty!

New year's night

If you just have to stay overnight and close your eyes to the lack of repair, then it's okay, and at the price too, 2400 for two with breakfast is quite convenient. Moreover, when booking on the site 10% discount was also pleasant.
