We stopped for one night on our way to Crimea. We were looking for an administrator for a very long time. It was useless to ring the door by phone. We stopped in a room for two. We were moved to room 1. The room was spacious - that's the room's pluses. The refrigerator worked, but it was just impossible to store food in it because it was soaked in a terrible, dead smell. The shower cabin didn't close because the door was broken. The water pressure in the shower cabin was practically gone, the water had a terrible, unpleasant smell. The sanctuary was dirty. There was no garbage can, there were small garbage cans on the street.

For one night

We stopped in August 2019 on our way to the south. We rented a four-bedroom house. It greeted us with a pleasant wood smell. Not perfect, but it's a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's better than relaxing at sea)) We would recommend that your friends stay there. P.S. Thank you very much for the attentive and kind attitude of the staff.

We stopped for one night on the road south. There are so many flies in this place. I have never seen so many flies! The houses are quite decent, and everything would be fine if it wasn't for this misunderstanding... very unpleasant.

The door to the toilet does not close, there is no door lock in the shower cabin. The water has a swampy smell. There was a boiler, but it did not work, it had to shower with cold water. The room evokes a sense of sobriety. Breakfast is not provided, there is no opportunity to eat at all. There is a teapot in the house, but the water is not suitable for drinking. WI-FI does not work.

We stopped on the way to the sea. I liked it, but there was also a stop on the way back. The houses were nice, clean, very quiet. There was Wi-Fi.

The place is quite pleasant, quiet. It's positioned like a hotel, but it's more like a turban with houses. They stopped for the night on the way to the south. The houses have air conditioning, TV, boiler. The water smells like hydrogen sulfide, like everywhere else in this area. The beds are like hostels, the laundry is clean.
