My husband and I came to this town for work, and we were immediately confronted with bullying and threats from drivers, angry people, communicating like 90-something chicks, it was scary to be here, I would have taken a gas can.

The hotel Rzev  Soviet heritage. Mostly they come to the office. But no bullets, there is a lot of change in our life. There are rooms with amenities on the floor, there is a kitchen. You can see that something is being changed, but, anyway, it is clearly lagging in development, so to speak. GBU (if you don't know, state budget institution)  they would like to show the room, mentally pulling the head into the shoulders from their own shoulders. But repairs have been done poorly, the furniture is scattered, the towels are all different and non-standard, the TV can only be switched by hand, the control does not respond, and the lock in the door is unlocked! Each one was an attraction - can we lock? And then we can open? We lived on the 2nd floor, right under the windows of the lobby.

Yes, back in the USSR. As you can see on the website, it's the MUP, it's not being allocated, so the money for reconstruction. The hotels in the city are few, they'll still fill up. But they still do something. For example, the elevator is new. We settled down for one night, the main thing is a clean bed, hot water and quiet. With the silence outside the window, it was lucky, but the doors were cardboard, people walked down the hall all morning and talked in their full voice.

The hotel is stuck in the past. Since the time of the USSR, the furniture has not changed, the service system has only changed the price: a two-bedroom without hot water and breakfast costs 50 dollars a day! The higher comfort room: without phone, there is a refrigerator, dishes, bedroom and a small room, the furniture is old, hanging mattresses.
