There's air conditioning... - there's no light on the 3rd floor, while the stairs are pretty steep. - there's no wifi. - there was no hot water one day, and nobody warned us, and we had to call the landlords three times to start solving the problem. - the laundry machine is broken, and if it worked, it's for a lot of money. - the trash can was removed in 5 days once. - the housekeeper has a lot of complaints about small things every day and the mood changes.

Very uncustomer-focused

It's not far from the city centre, you can walk around. The hosts are hospitable. Breakfast is easy, but everything is well prepared. They let you drink tea and have a meal in the dining room at any time. That's a plus. And yes, a bathroom shower! That's a rarity, that's a real respect! At the New Year's Eve there was a proper atmosphere. The only thing the hosts had to decide was to supply water: the pressure was low on the 3rd floor, sometimes it was gone, they had to turn to them to do something.

It is hospitable.

It's a very cozy, home-made mini-hotel, like a private house, friendly and attentive staff, rooms are small but clean, plumbing is fine, everything is new, breakfast is modest but delicious.

Home is where I am.

We were in Saransk on a business trip and we chose this mini hotel, a large private house turned into a hotel... we were very pleased with the good location, the clean rooms, the excellent breakfast and the friendly staff, it feels like we came to visit friends.

It's a nice place.

The first thing that pleased me was a warm reception. The feeling of having come to an old friend's house. Now it's in order: + The house is very beautiful and cozy, clean. + Spacious rooms with air conditioning, good repair. + Breakfast at home tasty. + The house has a nice green area (enclosed), a manhole, a hammock, tables. + Parking area + To the center - 15 minutes on foot, in five minutes - the supermarket Pročka, a confectionery factory, a forest - Hearing, of course, quite tangible. If you had a very sensitive sleep, it's better to take a nap.

It's a cozy corner.

Location: not bad at all, but not much time to evaluate. Interior: not bad repairs, photo attached. Cleanliness: I couldn't find anything to clean, cleanliness is monitored, no bad smells. Breakfast: simple, quite edible, no complaints.
