Mulen Ruzh Villa is located in the city of Sevastopol on Radiogorka, not far from the beach Tolstyak and the city center, which can be reached by boat or by car by ferry, which runs every hour. The nearest beach is rocky and pebbly, the sea is open. Within walking distance there is also a sand and pebble beach-bay with a closed sea.

The villa is a turnkey three-storey cottage and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The total number of rooms is 4.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa and a TV, a bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with air conditioning and access to balconies.
The cottage is equipped with autonomous gas heating. Bathrooms on two floors are tiled.
