Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Personal check-in to the apartments is made until 6 PM. Guests can receive instructions for remote check-in and agree on the payment of the deposit and cleaning until 10 PM.
The cleaning fee is RUB 700.00 per stay. For a stay of two weeks or more, the cleaning cost is RUB 900.00.
The deposit for possible damage to property for the Business apartment category is 2000.00 RUB per room for the entire stay.
The deposit for possible damage to property for all other categories of apartments is 1000.00 RUB per room for the entire stay.
Deposit and cleaning are paid by card transfer only, the hotel does not accept other payment options. The deposit amount is returned upon departure.
When checking in with animals, a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the animal: if the animal is small, then the deposit amount is 3000.00 RUB, if it is large, then 5000.00 RUB.
