Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Round-the-clock check-in is provided. In case of check-in on the same day, it is necessary to inform the administrator in advance from 08:00 to 22:00 to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Check-in is carried out remotely: after concluding an electronic contract (renting accommodation) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement for an additional fee.
The apartments are located in a paid parking area.
Free parking is possible in the yard upon request - a deposit of 10000.00 RUB is charged for the gate remote control.
