It's a very democratic good hotel. We live in two- and four-bedroom rooms. It's cleanly cleaned. The soundproofing of the doors just creaks, you hear everything that's going on in the hallway.

A good cheap hotel

I stayed in their 4 bed big room in August 2019. I must say its is value for money at the price we got it from booking.com. The google location is accurate for the hotel and it is at a place where you can reach all the famous tourist spots of Saint Petersburg through taxi at a moderate price. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The hotel offers free wi-fi. They have common facilities such as fridge, microwave, tea pot, iron board etc which are placed at common areas. There are shops and restaurnats nearby, especially an Indian restaurant which came very handy for our food needs. A value for money deal!!

Big room, value for money

I've been with a guy on these New Year's holidays from 5.01.20 to 9.01.20 Very nice hotel. Comfortable large comfortable room, bathroom in the room is also comfortable. The only thing not comfortable is to walk in the hot water in the hallway of the hotel.

It's a good hotel.

It's a great location in the city centre. The rooms are simple, clean, reception staff are very friendly and friendly. For smoking guests, there is a problem, you can only smoke outside the hotel. If you're in the car, in the parking lot, 300 a day. There is breakfast, but we didn't charge separately. For such a price, the room is very much!

It's OK.

I shared a room with my father and uncle during the World Cup. The room was clean, spacious and divided into two bedrooms, each with a couple's bed and a television. We were on the third floor and there was no elevator. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the avenue with many restaurants and a few minutes' walk from the subway. The reception is open 24 hours, but the staff do not speak English. It is a simple, luxurious accommodation, but it served us well, especially at a time when hotel prices were higher than usual.

Simple but decent

No elevator and no phone in the room- had to climb up and down the stairs to ask things from reception. All showers are with high step up to your knee so you need to "hop in". No air conditioning or a fan, Lots of mosquitoes- was impossible to get a good night sleep. Also walls had mosquitoes marks on them fro previous travelers. 
Electric outlets were far from bed. No shelf or dresser near the bed.
I had no refrigerator in my room.
One receptionist barely know's English, had to use Google Translate to talk to her. When asked for a close bank I was told to look into Google. Also no tourism information at reception.

Didn't feel like  a 3 star hotel.

NOT suitable for disabled, No air conditioning

Everything is fine in the hotel, clean laundry, there is a cooler on the floor, with free tea and coffee, but there is one huge minus, a slight odor in the bathroom.

It's all right!

A decent hotel for business trips. The environment is modest without excesses, with everything necessary to eat. The rooms are clean (with cleaning problems did not arise), neat. Breakfast is modest, part of the dishes are prepared with you - cooking cashews, burning omelets. To the metro (Chernyshevskaya) 5 minutes on foot.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, with two single-bed and one double-bed, clean, equipped with everything necessary for the economical option; the fridge is on the floor, neither in the room nor in the bathroom, there is no unpleasant smell. In the morning before breakfast, the aroma of freshly prepared currances. The staff is friendly. The hotel is not for the casual who need a variety of menu and a to the garden look.

The hotel is well located, between the central railway station and the downtown. There is no front desk in the street, you have to cross a corridor and you will find it. The room was big, but I don´t know what problem they have in the pipes, but it smelt really bad. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff was kind.
