Very near to Sadovaya metrostation, easy to walk location is just few minutes walk to Ermitage to Neva river
What was bad
Capacity we thought we have rent out 2 bedroom but in fact was one room with kitchen.
Its good for 2 persons or couple very nice no comments.
Design amazing how they made with only small sqft they manage to find multiple options in kitchen and bathroom many hidden places with no effecting at all capacity of the apartment.
