Quite clean. Good wifi (Tele2 has no coverage). No windows means no problem with sleeping during the White Nights.
What was bad
The room has a smell of humidity, because it's a basement without windows. Should be better ventilated. There are some hot water pipelines that go through its walls, that make it extremely hot during the summer. There's only a portable A/C (because the normal is broken...) which is sufficient but very noisy!
