Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Rules for staying in the apartments:
- The apartment is prepared for comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests inclusive.
- Registration for tourists is free.
- Accommodation with children from 2 years and more is possible.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout. In case of non-compliance, a fine for smoking in the amount of 3000.00 RUB will be automatically deducted from the deposit amount.
- Compliance with the rule of silence from 22:00 to 10:00.
- Communication with neighbors is completely limited.
For guests staying for more than 2.5 weeks, additional obligations are introduced:
- Full payment of the security deposit in the amount of 10000.00 rubles.
- Checking the condition of the accommodation and compliance with the rules of the house in the middle of the booking or 1-2 days before departure.
- In case of non-compliance with the rules of stay, the deposit is not returned, the apartments are vacated immediately.
Additional cleaning, closing of the apartments, as well as disruption of the arrival of the following guests will cost the violator the full payment for their stay in the place they have chosen, as well as the full payment for the reservation in the apartment that was disrupted through his fault.
Damage to any property provided during the stay will also be deducted from the amount of the deposit or appealed through the company. |
