For the hotel 1 star is quite a normal hotel, everything you need is there, near the Central market, near the city center. Lived in two different rooms for 2 days. Shower cabin, toilets in one room are comfortable, the area is larger than in the two-seater. Bed linen is clean. The furniture is all there, as well as a refrigerator, television, tea room. At the reception there are excellent administrators. Fans can ask at the reception. Minus: the roof of the tea room is broken in one room, there are cracks on the entrance doors, so noise isolation is weak.

It's a nice hotel.

When I arrived in Ulan-Ude, the hotel manager said in a stretched voice that she did not see this armor, although there was one reservation and she gave me the keys to number 413, and took the passport. There was no elevator, escaping to the floor, they found that we were both given the same room instead! The passport was still on the room list.

It's cheap, but it's not normal.

The hotel is conveniently located. The price is acceptable. The hotel is fully in line with the 1*, which they declared at the reception. It's perfect for staying for a couple of nights or three nights. The responsive staff - we were easily moved from a noisy room next to the dining room on the floor. There is also a modest cafe on the menu, but at low prices. The downside is bad soundproofing. WiFi only in the hotel lobby. Bad breakfast.

A nice budget hotel in the center of Ulan Ude

We've got a room with a half lighter for two for 1600, a shower and a bathroom in the room, breakfast. There's no facilities for 1400, and two separate beds for 1900, and amenities.

It's cheap and normal.

After the cancellation of the visa between Russia and Mongolia - a crowd of Mongols come to Buryatia. They are attracted by Baikal, the cheap prices for Russian goods that are in Mongolia, but after all customs - are in Ulan-Bator. So it is easier for them to come to Ulan-Ude and buy themselves. It is always the question of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in the middle of our Trans-Siberian, using Ulaanbaatar as a base for exploring the Bajkal area. The location of the hotel is a short walk from the city centre, but its location does not seem peaceful: the area in front of the hotel at night is not crowded and all night in the rooms there were screams and skirmishes. We were in a group and never had any problems, but I don't feel like recommending it to single girls or single travelers.

If you're calmer, maybe you're better off.

We only stayed one night at this hotel. It's a good place for a short trip to Ulan-Ude. Although it's very decentralized, the rooms were small but OK with TV, dirty bathroom, boiler and comfortable bed. The reception was a bit difficult because the receptionist didn't speak a word of English.
