We were there for lunch ( it was delicious, the mushroom soup was njami, but “štruklji” with chocolate were the best-must try!) The prices are great, the people are friendly and the view is magnificant.. 


Lunch with family and friends 

We stayed for three nights (with breakfast included) withy my wife, one year old daughter and our family dog (very friendly towards pets), the place is great, a little remote, but 15 minutes down the hill and you have everything you want. Breakfast is great, the only regret is we didn’t eat there more as we were out walking most of the day (only had dinner there once). Cheese, meat, salami, grilled vegetables, bread (still warm in the morning as it was freshly backed), everything was delicious. I would recommend the place to anyone wanting to explore the surrounding area. I am coming back (if not to stay, just for lunch).

Great stay, super friendly staff and great food

I suppose you have to make a 'panoramic' road to say the least... but climbing to this place costs everything... exceptional panoramic spot, farmhouse with all the simple amenities that perfectly portray the rural and peasant life of these fine people who cook things like once... recommended for all people who want to enjoy 'the mountain' and the beauty of 'being well in touch with the sky'

Higher and higher.

I had been to Tolmin for a music festival with friends and we decided to book this place,it's a bit far from the center but with 20 euros you can reach it with a cab,otherwise you can drive (in that case be careful cause it's a mountain road and there was a bit of fog in the night). The place is very peaceful and isolated and if you want to relax is a perfect spot. Rooms are clean and big enough for 2 or 3 people and prizes are  reasonable,they have a restaurant with good typical food and people who are running Siroko were so friendly to offer us a welcome drink,big up for that :) U can even go for a walk,there are different pathways around the building. If you wanna relax a bit and experience the nature I definitely suggest you to book a room here.

Nice peaceful place

Modest prices and service are spartan, but a very typical place frequented by locals too. Frika and struklj to remember. More than recommended and to try for those who love non-standard places and outside of the usual tourist destinations!

It's real!

A wonderful farm on a mountain above Tolmin and a stream. There are cows and other vibrancy nearby. The road to the mountain is incredibly slippery, but on the second day you get used to it. The house is quite spacious, clean and cozy. The owners, apart from the apartments, have their own food pantry and a bunch of prizes for meat and sausage products. The taste is incredible. Parking for cars is free.

The secret place.

We spent a week here during a paragliding competition organised at the camping site in the valley in July 2015.
It was 38 degree C in the valley most days and being high up on the mountain was a relief in the evening.
The apartment had a basic but good kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed.  The double room had large wardrobes and there was a well fitted bathroom.  A balcony spread around 2 sides and gave a great view of the mountains.  This is a working farm and cows were moved for milking in the mornings and could be seen grazing nearby most of the time.  you could also hear pigs in the barn when outside and goats kittens and diggers were all around during our stay. 
The farm appeared like restaurant with a children's play area in the garden ( modern trampoline and locally crafted house with slide and swings).  It was not open in the wee but if we needed something from the kitchens the family would be willing to serve us something from the menu.
Mountain Bike trails converged here and it would suit walkers.  You could see the Kobala paraglider launch which would probably be a 20 minute drive.  My husband rated some of the mountain bike routes as tougher than the Tour De France climbs.
There were steep hairpin bends which to about 10 min to drive down to Most Na Soci, which was a pretty village on the lake.
