It's a pity that some big tenants don't have a minimum investment to make them decent to rent, and no excuse as they say that tenants take everything away.Very fair management, even scarce, last-century mattresses, lack of essential maintenance, which means they have to invest a lot to make it decent, echoes throughout the house for lack of furniture.

There are many options for improvement.

They are residential houses that have not been sold and are now being rented out. Some even without a lease. The pool is for 14 people and the term sounds like 50. Assuming the house is large, no more than 6 people can enter by community regulations. Logically with this term you have to take a bath shift. The winery has no ventilation and beds are placed but the houses are only 2 or 3 rooms.

No is a hotel.

There are so many things I'm going to list. the first and most important, the mattress and the mattress of the wedding room. after seeing the comments of other users, we sent an email asking for a mattress in good condition. we were told that the one in this room had no complaints and was in perfect condition. a big lie, since the comments of other users coincided with what we saw. we had to buy ourselves an inflatable mattress to pass the rest week since the sofa-bed was in worse condition than the mattress mentioned. all the phones of the house were filled with dead mosquitoes. the small toilet seat was rotating, which made it impossible to run down. the toilet seat was ridiculous. in order to be able to access the bathroom, we had to get a little bit of a bathroom on top of a table, a little bit more distance away from the bathroom, there was a lot more room, and the furniture was in very different conditions. the house had a lot of laundry, and the furniture was in very different locations.

It's disappointing.

The apartment, theoretically suitable for 4 occupants, had very basic equipment and some items were missing, which forced us to buy some in the first days (knives, spoons...). Many bulbs were burnt out or missing (the access to the garage and the underground room were completely dark, no way to change the bulbs without a ladder - not available of course); external lamps were missing (just the wires hanging from the walls). No curtains at the windows. Part of the furniture was falling apart (dining table, wardrobe). The washing machine had a leak every time we used it. No shower curtain in one of the two bathrooms (flooding the bathroom at every shower taken...). Access to the swimming pool required a magnetic key, we were not given by the agency. So in principle the apartment was in a very poor state of maintenance. Two calls to the renting agency (Albert Villas) were totally ignored and not followed by any action or feed-back. The neighborhood was quite noisy at nights. Alcossebre is a great place for family holidays, with great sea, wonderful beaches, good restaurants. But we did not enjoy at all the stay at Bellamar. I would absolutely discourage for considering it.

This service was one of the greatest experiences in a very good place like Alcossebre Beach, where everyone worked hard to meet the minimum requirements and get the attention of kings for so little money.

A great experience in a great place with an extraordinary stay.

A very convenient place if it weren't for the infamous sofa bed that makes a sofa. Departure time is 10:00 am. Not comfortable to get to the beach without a car, at least 20 minutes walking to the nearest beach. With a minimal investment would be much more enjoyable.

What a pity for a couch.

Nice apartment 10 minutes from the tropicana beach. poorly equipped (not enough cover for 6, missing 4 light bulbs, coffee maker for 4 coffee maxi and watch the wifi doesn't work. they know at the altamar agency but have to insist on having a discount with the manager jose who is not very commercial and even aggressive.
