I really don’t have that much to say. Room was awful, nearly disgusting. 
Biggest surprise was realising at 4am beds were full of bed bugs. We asked money back, the lady running the place just wanted to give us for one night. Called the police. Had to find a new place in few hours. A nightmare. 
Really even if you want to save some money do not go there. Your health will be grateful to you.

Terribile is a compliment.

I booked in this establishment for 1 we of 4j in the Catalan capital. after several emails the manager tells us that she has booked us a suite with water room included. on the premises the sdb is in the hallway and shared with 5 other rooms. the furniture is outdated and there was never a baldaquin bed like in the photos just one old spring mattress. the right point you are 5 minutes walk from the Catalan square. the manager does her best but the customers are dirty and the old places

4j in Barcelona

I went to this facility at the end of August, for the price I paid I did not enjoy a good service. I'm sorry to say because Mrs Joanna, her co-workers and her husband are very good people, very available, but there are some essential things missing. The first is that there is a lack of light, there are only lights and on the way back to the room we had to turn on the flash of the cell phone, the water is a sanitarium where you can't throw away the toilet paper or you have to repair it at your own expense) and it makes a deafening noise and also that the cleanliness is not better than that, we also found blood traces on the sheets.

Everything but the light can't be missing.

I stayed in this hostel from 17 to 21 August 2019 with my boyfriend, the location is really central (less than 10 minutes' walk from Plaça Catalunya) and the price paid is really honest (we paid about 350€ per pair for the whole stay in the most expensive week of the year). Near the hostel is a gym, a supermarket open h24 and one open until 24:00. Our room was the n.4 on the first floor of the hostel, in the room there was no air conditioned but only a sub-type of fixed fan (not very useful). In our hostel there was a common balcony with all the other customers of the structure with tables, refrigerators, drums and a bathroom; in a balcony in the next room there was always a point from the next day to the next day.

Good quality price

I spent 2 days in Barcelona, I was in the room very little, really just to sleep. We were in 2 but we took a triple because there were no other rooms available. Great location, near the subway and especially in a very quiet neighborhood, nearby there is a supermarket open 24/4. Clean, they changed the towels. The lady was very kind. I really liked the terrace there where you could smoke and eat comfortably, obviously it was in common with the other guests of the place.

That's very nice.

I stayed for a few days in room 7 and I noticed the complete absence of Wi-Fi in the room, windows that barely close, floor that moves, bed with dots falling to the ground as soon as you sit alone... and then the complete absence of air recycling being a long corridor without windows, with its odors.

To be restructured

I'm used to traveling also adapting, but sincerely from a hotel in the center of Barcelona, as for the good, I expected better. The location is excellent, two steps from the Passeig de Gracia, near the metro, train to the airport and the Casa Batló. The room was very unstable, the lighting had to be provided by 4 square neon but only two of them worked. The neon in the bathroom was not working and we had to settle for the lamp above the mirror.

Only the location is saved.

I do not recommend this establishment: the walls between the rooms are so fine that it is as if we were in the same room as our neighbors in terms of noise... lack of bowl, our neighbors were not discreet!

It's horrible.

The woman is just trying to get all your money and doesn’t speak a word English. the worst part is that I got bedbugs: very dirty. Would not reccomend anyone. Unfriendly, terrible and definitely not helping you enjoying your trip

Bedbugs

We stayed in this hostel in 4 couples in August fortunately only for 3 days. Assuming that the owner is really friendly and available and the location is excellent to visit the city, the hostel is in poor condition. The rooms are obsolete and wet, the carpet is very dirty and even though the cleaning is done daily the structure really needs a general refurbishment to be considered clean. The rooms smelled of wet and even in one of these we found a happy family of blatte under the bed. I repeat that the owner was very different she immediately apologized to us for offering us a room and champagne. I trusted the commendations and everyone that the structure is in a good way but I can't really say how nice the Italian people feel about it.
