I was told about this site and recommended it to a friend who needed less than an apartment hotel and more than a hotel room; result: great!

The best way to stay in Barcelona is for more than a simple getaway.

We stayed 5 days in Barcelona in the main apartment. It's perfect for visiting the city. A metro station 3' walking distance, a supermarket 100 meters open until 2am, complete equipment with laundry, dry laundry, laundry, Nespresso machine, satellite TV... The neighborhood is very quiet and free parking in August with available places. It's really a great place to stay. Only regret we had a very busy first night by noisy neighbors to whom we reminded of the rules of common life.

Perfect for a short stay in Barcelona

I stayed here 4 nights with my friends. In advanced we had ordered taxi to get us from airport, and the driver was waiting us on the airport. At the apartment there was a guy welcoming us and showing places. When we came we ordered taxi from him to take us back to airport after 4 nights. Staff we contact before our trip, was promised somekind of "welcome surprise", but there was nothing waiting at the apartment. We stayed on first floor apartment, so we didn't had terrace. Apartment was very dark, windows were tricky to open. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. There was only one towel per person for 4 nights. And quality of towels was poor. No soap. Backyard terrace and swimming pool was small, but ok and quiet. We didn't spent much time there. Quite near were few nice restaurants and cafes. We moved by metro, but it took some time to go to the centre or beach. In the morning we were leaving back to the airport and home, the taxi we were preordered, didn't come. We called to the office, but they didn't send us new taxi or give taxi number. We had a bit hurry, but luckily we got a taxi from the street, first we had walked some distance with our luggage. :(

The staff and "services" was poor!!

If you want to stay in Barcella for more than 4 days it is the ideal place to book. In the apartment there are all the very new and very clean appliances available for cooking, washing, drying, stretching, boiling, toasting, cooking, as well as a nice LCD, DVD and HiFi. It is perfectly air conditioned for both heat and cold, there is a good service of dishes and pans and many towels. The mini apartment attic is furnished beautiful, comfortable and you can sit comfortably even in 4 and has a nice private ground for breakfast and the floor is all in a parquet. It is located in the center and served by bus, and by metro, besides having a supermarket, camper, etc. I think the Italian barmen and pharmacies can really help you if you don't have a great idea of what you need to do.

Excellent location, convenience and service

We lived in a three-room room with direct access to a small swimming pool in the inner courtyard (water is not heated). The room is clean, good general area, equipped kitchen and bedroom in a two-bedroom bed. The rest of the rooms are very small and uncomfortably located next to the entrance door.

Nice hotel in a quiet area.

A very nice house located in a quiet street of this bourgeois district of Barcelona. This allowed us to discover this one located between Garcia and Sarria or very beautiful buildings succeed very nice houses. This little palace (Palauet) is one of those very nice houses, or you feel right away. You will be very kindly welcomed by Helena who will hand you your keys and explain to you the operation of each of the many devices equipping your apartment (wifi, coffee machine, washing machine, etc....) We had the apartment (four) at the last small price with a small terrace at the top (that's its upper floors) and then the terrace at the top, but the other accommodation seems to be at the level of the hotel (four) but we have not provided a lot of room, and I recommend that you come to this very nice room with a very low price, but at the bottom of the room, this is a very nice room with a very low price, which is very convenient, but at the bottom of the room, and at the bottom of the bathroom, we have a very good quality, but at least 200 rooms, which are located

Almost perfect.

You get what you pay for and Palauet Tres Torres is no exception.  This is not the cheapest apartment in Barcelona but it must be amongst the best. Great communication from Helena in advance and friendly welcome and explanation from Marta on arrival.  Fantastic location in a safe, upmarket and quiet residential area of the city.  You can be in the centre of Barcelona inside 10 mins via the fast, frequent and air conditioned metro with the station only 100 metres away.  Flat has all you need for your stay - inc very good free wifi, a/c and great little pool to cool off in.  No hesitation in recommending.  Enjoy...!

Top Tres Torres...5 Star

I liked the neighborhood: quiet, quiet. There are few tourists, mostly Spaniards. And Diagonal Avenue is not far away. About the apartments: everything is equipped, the furniture is decomposing, there is a washing machine. All the equipment is there. I met the hostess, everything calmly explained, told on the map where to go. The apartments are clean.

I'm really impressed with the apartments.

The hotel is located in an elegant neighbourhood, offering you comfort, luxury and safety when travelling with your family. Very well-maintained and very clean apartments with everything you need. A private pool is definitely worth the money.
