I was there for 4 days. A waste of money. It was dirty, the room was too small and the tpwels were also dirty with a bad smell
The only good thing was the free Coffee but when it ended they didint replace it. The person in charge was late and we had to wait when we arrived.the walls were to thin and you could hear everything. The location just ok

Comfortable location in the center... tiny room, horrible bathroom... you're practically in an apartment where they got some rooms... fatiguing, noisy and dirty condo!

Holidays

A typical four-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom, a normal two-bedroom room. The very small cabinet for two people is for one and if you don't carry a lot of clothes. The TV doesn't work, you comment and you don't pay attention. The bathroom to share among the other rooms is super small. The eye with the very fine walls and you hear everything. There's a lady who receives you and explains everything about the kitchen and little more than that, whether it's 10:00 in the morning or 2:00 in the morning that opens the doors and speaks out loud without considering those who are sleeping.

If there is nothing else, there is nothing else.

Waste of money! I would rather choose more expensive apartment than throwing my money for this one.
- We came a bit too late (after 9 PM) and we were charged for that, additionally we were charged for city visitors tax (which was not indicated before the trip)
- NO PATIO (terrace), even though it was indicated differently in booking.com
- No toilet doors in our room (and was not allowed to use the general toilet)
- Extremely small room
- Air conditioner hardly working, but when we opened the window, a terrible smell came from the kitchen (it was smelly all the time)
- We found ANTS and a COCKROACH in the room
- TV remote was in the room, but without any batteries
- Shower was half broken
- Hot water was somehow limited and sometimes disappearing
- The elevator in the building was broken for one day and we had to climb to the 8th floor
- Do not even talk about any room decorations
- We hang a table 'Do not disturb', but the cleaning lady was still coming in the room.

Worst experience ever!!!

i stayed, 3 days in this house and it was too much, first our reception was rude because we arrive little bit over time , paying extra money, than in the same night a drug boy enter our room, i was tirrefied, and not sleep all night because of that accident, another day , shower not working well, and no water to flash the toillet...terrible condition.but it not all, third day , no electricity for hours.
no words , but the worst was we lift, and my boyfriend forgot a necklace with a heart, we call to ask of they keep it , and what happen is that the housekeeper only give the heart with my name written and not the rest of silver necklace that im sure she keep to sell..
sametime it better to pay more, and not have your holidays ruined.

The room is located in an apartment which allows you to enjoy the kitchen and balcony which is a real plus. The apartment is very well located close to all amenities. The owner Julian is very nice and listens to this customer. Unfortunately the housewife is a real brain: she doesn't knock before entering the apartment, don't say hello, slam the doors, drag the chairs, a horror! The bed linen and toilet towels were not changed during our stay, unfortunate when you want to be classified in the hotel category. This place is more an airbnb rental than a real hotel.

Nice place but a terrible housekeeper!

It was a unique experience, in the sense that I hope it will be the last of my life: - to find the building c took half an hour, not even a sign indicating the place. Only a tiny sign on the bell. - After 10 minutes the owner, Julian, a disturbing person comes down and takes us to the apartment on the sixth floor. - The room, clearly ready only 20 minutes after our arrival, is the opposite of the photos.

A nightmare

Bad experience, from the photos it looks like a fairy tale but it's really obscene! The room is very small, you can't empty your suitcases (because there's no room to store your clothes) the bathroom is a hole and there's not even a door to close and there's a rug definitely full of mites! The towels change every 3 days! An experience to forget!

B&B located 15 minutes' walk from the ramble and the centre of Barcelona... very friendly and available owner. Excellent location as well as the very nice apartment with a nice living room where you can relax. Nice experience.

Excellent location and excellent accommodation!!!

We'd have to give the bathroom a serious fresh start, put a shower instead of a bathroom and do the tilework again and think about putting towel attachments and clothes all over the place. We don't know whether to put his towel or anything else. Putting a little decoration in a nice, cheap frame can make a difference. Julien is nice but he has to think about putting a note of aesthetics in some rooms. And the kitchen... Old and so it's roomy, can be practical... No towel to wipe and the permission to smoke in the kitchen moves me a lot.
