Don’t let yourself fooled by this “Hotel” . You’re only renting it for your stay. Keep in mind that YOU ARE CLEANING IT YOURSELF, BUYING TOILET ROLL, NO SUCH A BLANKET OR SO, YOU ARE PAYING TOURIST TAX 16,50€ . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE !!! Old technology as well. I have told them that water was dripping through my bathroom ceiling and they told me that my neighbor on the top has a shower and can’t do anything just to advise them. Very dirty apartment on arrival, we had to clean it, plus if you’re checking in/ out early or late you pay a tax of 30€. Swimming pool terrible with only few lounge chairs. I do NOT WANT TO IMAGINE the food in the canteen they’ve got here . 100% NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want a really cheap holiday where you don’t care where you stay, only just sleep and go.

Really BAD experience !!!

Just checked out of these apartments and have to say that I was concerned after reading the reviews!!!!
Really don’t understand how people can rate these apartments so low.
Found staff on reception friendly and professional. Upon arrival early in the morning we were given access straight away, yes you pay a deposit but this is standard practice.
Apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay, pool area is very good and the bar prices very competitive at €3.00 a pint.
Location is at the centre of the strip with loads of bars restaurants.
All in all we were very impressed and I would say that you shouldn’t believe the really bad reviews.

Lads(old men) long weekend

when we arrived there was loads of yoghurt stains on the bed. turns out it wasn't yoghurt when we caught the manager in action on our beds. there was also loads of cockroaches and cameras facing the beds which filmed our friend matty the mattress getting pegged in our room and the staff were little help.  When we brought this to the attention of the management they promised to look into it, it turned out by looking into it they meant having a massive staff orgy on mattys bed. Screw you rentalmar you deserve all the bad reviews you get xoxox This is actually real.

Awful for lads holiday

I stayed here for a week in early August with my sister mother and 3 children. Through my own fault I booked the property after only reading the reviews on booking.com. The name of the property says ‘Family Suites’ but this is not a suitable place for families to stay. 
There is noise all day and  all night, parties, moving furniture, doors slamming, noise form entertainment from 2 hotels across the road, noise from road outside and bins being collected early in morning, you can hear every noise the  windows and balconies are like paper. The hotel gives very strict rules on arrival about noise but NONE of it seems to be enforced, several times I had to leave our room to ask groups of young people to be quiet in the early hours. The main issue is the property has open landings where all the rooms open off and this means you can hear everyone coming and going.

The people in the room next to us smoked in the room constantly despite complaining to reception, who said they it was not permitted and they would inform them, they still  continued and there was a constant smell of smoke in our room. 
Air con - very poor and in hot weather didn’t really help at all.
WiFi- was practically non existent, it seemed to be linked to the small bar by the pool and it’s connection never worked  
There were Cockroaches in communal lobby area as well as vomit in the stairways
The pool was awful, far too small for so many people. The pool water murky and dirty, I never saw it being cleaned properly.
On top of all of this we experienced a serious safety risk. I woke at 4am
One night to the smell of smoke, again. My 5 year old and 2 year old were in the bedroom with me. I went to open the bedroom door and the handle wouldn’t open. The lock had jammed and I couldn’t open door. I was lucky my sister heard me calling and she had to get maintenance to  come at 4.30 am. The maintenance worker couldn’t open the lock either so he had to break down the door. My children were very upset by all of this. It is a dangerous health and a safety risk.  if there was fire there was no way we could have escaped.  
After our first night we Asked about refund at reception but I was told to contact booking.com about it despite me paying at the property when we arrived.

The property is very strict on check in and check out and having room cleaned by yourself but not strict on anything else. We arrived at 3.30pm but room as T ready until after 5pm. Weh we were leaving we had to have the apartment spotless and cleaners were at our door at 10am to get us out to clean. We also had to wash our own towels as they would t give us fresh ones. 
The  complex seems to have private apartments that people own and have nothing to do with rentalmar so noise dirt smoking etc cannot actually be monitored properly at all.
This is honestly the worst property I have ever stayed at and I stayed in some dodgey places in my teens! O saw lots of people complaining at reception about carpus things and the staff just cannot do anything about the problems.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.  


Worst place I’ve ever stayed, serious health and safety issues 

These apartments are only suitable for younger people who are there to party. 
We travelled here as a group of 6 which included 3 children (ages 9, 5, 2) and 3 adults.
We were not allowed check in until 5pm. This was particularly annoying on reflection as check out time is 10am sharp, and as we were leaving at 10am the cleaners were ushering us out the door. Cant understand why check in would be so late if the cleaners were so prompt to be there when checkout was happening.

Apartments were small but modern. You need to rent additional utilities such as kettle and toaster. Beds are very uncomfortable and are all single ones. At no point during our week stay did a cleaner come in or towels were replaced. When we inquired about this we were told to wash our own towels. 

Air con is non existent. You need to have it on constantly with all windows and doors closed along with curtains drawn to feel it at all. 

Every morning there would be an overwhelming smell of sewage in the shower drain. We needed to put bleach in the drain every morning and run the shower for 15 minutes to help eliminate the smell some what. 

There is no sound proofing. Not ideal with young children. You could hear constant loud noise throughout the night of people coming home from their nights out. The same during the day. Unfortunately we had to asl our neighbours to keep it down on one occasion as the youngest child needed a nap and couldnt sleep with the noise of them. Not ideal having to ask people this on their own holidays.

Every morning the staircases were littered from people from the night before. Several times they were covered in vomit.

The pool is filthy. Only once was there a life guard on duty. A lot of younger people playing their music on full blast with speakers as well during the day. 

The biggest issue we occured was one of our doors got jammed, locking ny sister and her two young children in in the middle of the night. We woke to the smell.of cigarettes in the apartment which was coming from the apartment above. My sister tried to exit her room to check where the smell was coming from and noticed the door had locked itself. Maintenance was called at 4am and they were prompt however they could not unjam the door. They needed to kick the door down which was quite frightening for the children stuck inside the room. This also brought to our attention that there are no fire alarms in the room which is a huge health and safety concern. 
This ordeal was never acknowledged on our check out by staff.

To top it off, we were charged to store our luggage for an hour as our flight was later in the afternoon.
