Looking for, looking for, we found this accommodation in which his manager José has facilitated any needs so that the stay has been exceptional. Located in a place from where you can start routes on foot, by bike or by car where there is no problem of parking. The house is very nice and all the cozy rooms, bathrooms and kitchen and living room. We enjoyed spending a few days in this accommodation, the location is perfect, a wonderful view, this super well-conditioned, heating with radiant floor saunas and towels for everyone.The accommodation is close to the basement palenteological museum that to go with children is very interesting and in addition it is very close to everything important and views of the hill that you can climb on walking.

The situation is excellent.

We stayed 2 days. It is advisable to call before arrival so that the owner recommends you where to access and not to walk down the old hallway which is very narrow. Very well located and with parking space. Kitchen with appliances for a short stay, cafeteria, exprimer, toaster, washing machine. We need some knife to cut better, some breakfast bowl and better lighting in the kitchen area, insufficient. The owner is very attentive explaining how to access, what to visit and recommendations for walking around the city.

A good choice to get to know Cuenca.

We spent 3 nights, José Antonio explains the best way to get there without ignoring the browser and passing by the car through the narrow streets.

It was a great stay.

Interesting for a couple of days of visiting... very quiet area, down three steps to the center, with easy parking. Very clean and new. Very clean and new. Complete kitchen. Nice staff and attentive to any needs that may arise. Maybe the living room is a little smaller than expected for four. Too much silence and isolation to sleep comfortably. Good relationship c/p

upon arrival - there are no one to open the place for you...
had to disturb some nice old neighbors to ask for phone assistance
person who was sent to open the door can not speak english
the 2 rooms are small.
kitchen have nothing to use - not even water kettle ....
breakfast which was 7.5 Euro / person had absolute nothing..... real joke....
shower / toilet is not comfort to use...

The apartment is very spacious, very beautiful and very well decorated. It is noticeable that the owners are concerned about their business, which, although it may seem a lie, is not always the case. The site is quiet and relatively close to the cathedral and the Colgadas Casas, but it should be noted that Cuenca has some very steep slopes, and it is not the same to go on a plane that costs up;-) The dinosaur museum is also 10 minutes away. The owner is a very friendly and attentive guy. It is a pleasure to deal with such people. The only thing that would put him down is the lighting of the dining room, a little scarce. These bulbs that are now put on are not worth anything.

Apartments are 10 minutes' walk from the historic center. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The attention of the owner, excellent. Ideal for spending a couple of days in Cuenca and surrounding areas... we will repeat.

Apartments are perfect.

We have stayed 15 people. In the 8 square apartments and 2 other 4 square apartments. In the last two rooms with bathroom, living room and small interior terrace which communicates with the other apartment. In the kitchen there is no shortage of details; toaster, cafeteria and everything necessary for breakfast, the important meals we have made them outside. It is about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral, there is a strong fast food because Cuenca is a questa. The views are very good. The apartment of 8 were 4 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a very spacious living room. The owner is super friendly, makes it easy for you to find a map so that you do not miss anything. We will be happy.

Find friends and family.

We were spending the weekend with a group of friends and since we didn't all fit in the same house, we stayed in two different but facing each other. The rusticest house and the most modern apartment, even with the musical theme in the shower!! Both with low fire, when we arrived was lit the big house where we gathered to make meals and more. Everything perfect. Besides, we had a small problem with the heating and hot water of the shower and the owner came as soon as he could to solve it.
