No reservations, no mires, it's closed, ruined, unstable and full of occupations...Nothing. I'm going to Deb to visit the family, and walking around the place very badly, questioned and that was the news, a pity, xq is in an ideal place.

Cerrado and the Occupied

We bought the bonuses through Groupon and it was a total disappointment.We bought many other spas or restaurants through that page and we never had any problems.This is what we found: - The locker rooms looked like a 1970s youth hostel; they were like store locker rooms with a curtain and some old tickets. - The showers look like a barracone. - The pool is unlocked; it is better not to step on the floor so as not to cut off a foot; there was oxygen and the cables to activate the chorus were loose and in the air. - There were only two dressing rooms but it was advisable to stay there. - It was cold. - There was dust. - The road to the sauna was a corridor with sun locks and dirty food. - When the restaurant was abandoned, the cameras were fast, but we should not look at the water, because of the lack of water. - When we were waiting for the bathroom, we were waiting for the water to be cleaned. - It was cold. - There was dust. - The road to the sauna was a corridor with sun locks and

It's a terrible place; worthy of a Halloween movie and a visit from Sanidad.

My opinion of my experience at this hotel will be very clear and in two words will suffice for other people to serve them so that they don't spend a single euro on it. SPA REPUGNANT. We were a group of friends who bought a coupon in a collective, which included an hour and a half of spa and a meal, and our experience was quite disappointing with regards to the spa.

More than a pity

The small town of Deba is unpretentious, a small provincial town with a beautiful beach of fine sand and a great promenade by the sea at sunrise and sunset! The hotel is well located, directly on the beach. It has just been bought and should be renovated very soon! It needs it: the corridors, the thalassotherapy (large swimming pool with water course)... however the potential is enormous, the charming welcome, the restaurant room with sea view, the thalasso space. The room we had, seen, had been refurbished (living room but correct and all this for 55 euros! Small lunch included.

I've got a lot of work to do.

The great location on the same beach even though our room looked out to the street, well it wasn't bad. One of the doors of the rotten closet, the table lights barely lit, the curtains rotten, the dirty crystals, the dirty bath, a disaster we're going to. On Saturday morning we go to the spa, well, that's all.

At the price I paid for a 3 nights stay I don't expect 5 star luxury. Yes, the hall carpets could do with a clean but more importantly my room was clean and airy, the bed comfortable and everything in the bathroom worked. The breakfast was more than adequate and all the staff I met were fine. I had a street side room, cheaper than sea view, which was very quite. Can't comment on spa as I didn't visit it. Happily stay here again.

Good position

We needed to rest and it's perfect for that. Quality is good price. But the lack of give it a good hand because it's seen outdated and lacking maintenance. First line beach y con spa (also lacking a little maintenance). It wasn't the first time we'd gone and repeated above all in the attic overlooking the sea with a very charming private terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful although the cafeteria schedules were somewhat limited.

It lacks a reform, but it is comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel one night on the camino del norte.  We were given an ocean front room.  It was great to listen to the ocean at night.  The hotel is old and needs some updating especially the bathroom.   The toilet had a hard time flushing.

Hotel feet in the water, ocean view and balcony for rooms, quiet and discreet This small town is without pretenses like the hotel, however moderate prices, and competent reception.

What a charming waste!

Keep away from this hotel. It is the worst one I have ever been to. It was dirty and smelly. The corridors had stains on the floor and the pool was dirty. We had to go out and buy cleaning stuff and air freshers to stay in this hotel. The breakfast was bad as well no the lady serving breakfast was very rude. Do not go into her.
