The only thing to note from the customers is that when it comes to the Albaicín, the access is complicated if you carry a lot of luggage; otherwise everything is perfect: Miguel, the person we were talking to on the phone, very kind, the modern and well-equipped apartment, pleasant decoration, very correct cleaning,...and best of all: right in front of the Alhambra! - which is closer to what you see in the photos-, we would definitely return!

Perfect Perfect

We booked the apartment for tonight (December 2016) and I'll just tell you that we left there taking the 130€ we lost. And that's the best we could do. The bedding was more than old. The owner assured us that it was clean, and it may be, but very expensive and musty. The pillowcases left the gray/black pillow. The kitchen utensils were dirty, the fridge cable crossing the floor, and generally uncleaned. The shower curtain was full of mold... The point is that we went so fast to look for another place that we couldn't take pictures.

A to avoid

The apartment with the cave-type room is very charming. It is a neat and clean apartment. The location is ideal for strolling and walking around the city. Excellent care with the management. There is a café less than 5 minutes away and a flamenco bar.

Be welcomed into the cave, but enjoy it.

The views from this apartment have to be the best in Granada looking straight out across the Alhambra, stunning! the apartment is kind of modern hippy chic very well equipped heated in winter cooled in summer Miguel is friendly and helpful but leaves you to your own divices unless needed

Best ever christmas break!!!

The apartment (suite) is very nice, small but cozy, the area is great at the beginning of the sacromonte and a 10 minute walk from the center.The only thing bad was finding the site, we cost 45 minutes despite the owner's directions and the help of the GPS.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend.The apartment wasn't very big, but we already knew it and we didn't need it anymore either.A comfortable bed, a sink not very big but enough, a small kitchen that we didn't use (we were on vacation and it wasn't a question of getting cooking), a sofa, television, terrace and all that with a spectacular view of the Alhambra.I found what I had seen in the photos before renting and I ended up staying at the sea pleasant.

Estancia la mar de argadable is located in the heart of the city.

I have stayed in Alolamientos Alhambra various times and the place is very nice. Great views of the Alhambra and good location, close to the center but also halfways the higher Albayzin. There is a bus stop at the corner and many nice places to eat if you don't want to go down town.
Miguel is very friendly and helpful and if you have the upper apartment, the housecat Popi keeps you company.
The upper apartment is not big but good enough for 2 and has spectacular views. The lower 2 apartments and the cave are bigger. All apartments are well equiped and cosy.
I love the atmosfere and the personal touch in all the apartments.
And the place is not hard to find, it's only a few meters from the central road that goes up the Sacromonte.
I look forward to going back there.

Feels like home

You book this studio be cause of the view of the Alhambra which is superb. Miguel, the owner is very welcoming as is his friendly cat, Poppy. We had the top flat which shares a great terrace with Miguel's flat (but you feel like it is your own really).
Comfy bed, with glass walls on 2 sides , which provides this fabulous view. It has a very small kitchen (microwave, fridge are in the main room) and a small bathroom. It is sufficient for breakfast and  very basic cooking. 
To improve it would be 2 things: Split the kitchen from the bathroom with a wall/door not blinds and the last flight of stairs was not secure enough to reach the upper level. But those 2 things are minor which could be easily fixed. Definitely recommend this studio if you are fully mobile.
