On arriving everything seemed ok.  Staff don’t speak any English. The car parking was directly beneath the room.  Room was very comfortable and clean. Except there were ashtrays everywhere and a strong smell of smoke.  I will not be returning.

Smokey Room

The receptionist who answered my phone booking, although not unpleasant, made me fear the worst. Fortunately, everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, ready to resolve the questions raised.

The room with jacuzzi and sauna sells for €165 on a Friday-Saturday night.We dine there, everything very rich and in abundance: -Roto eggs with shrimp and gulas - Mixed salad -Rolls of morcilla -2 cocacola 33€ Although it is indicated as a place of intimacy and no one sees you, it is not exactly like that, it does not cease to have a common parking lot, below the elevators/stairs until you reach the room, in those common spaces you can cross with people.

I hope that if you ever stay in this hotel (x call it something) you will not have to sleep and change rooms at 3am xq someone will want to dance at 3am in a hotel, and your answer is they can't do anything, of shame is little, I don't understand how such places can remain open, sincere menus.

We went out with my partner and I and at 3 a.m. the next room started playing music all over the place, we notified the receptionist 3 times and their response was that they couldn't do anything, that they had already been told to drop her off. After a while and not being able to sleep due to excessive noise, we called again and the only solution that we were given was to change the room temperature, so we had to pick up everything and change it at 3 a.m. because of the bad reception management. We communicated our dissatisfaction and her response was that the bad reputation if she took her to the hotel, not her. We came several times to the hotel, but without going back.

It is lamentable.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for quite some time and were very happy until today we found that the same room cost 20 euros more. A robbery. The room is very nice, the bed is very comfortable, clean, spacious... It also has a huge screen that is very nice. As for the bathroom, it is spacious, it is very clean and having the toiletries that it includes are also great. The only thing missing is the lack of towels. If you are missing some extra towels in the closet, as many other hotels include. In the restaurant... leave quite as much as you want. Soy vegan and the card is limited in options. I think you could order a toast with oil and a few sparkles. I don't think that there is so much to eat in a soybean that includes more than 20 euros in the closet, but if you can't afford to look at some other options, you can't afford to buy a coffee, but if you can't afford to buy a coffee, you can't afford to buy a few more.

Price increases without notice

It's really not a hotel as it appears on the internet, it's a road motel where people go to a we know what. They describe it as intimate, since you leave your car and access the room as it has happened in other hotels, and here it is not. You leave the car in your parking lot, and you walk up to the elevators, you go down to your plant and you go to your room. You intersect with people, at various points. It's not discreet. People have to identify themselves, which gives no place to privacy or discretion. When we get to the room, there was dirty hair in the room and in the bathroom, there are two people in the bathroom, there are two old places to pay for it.

In these times when telework, work, children, school, home, not being able to visit family members outside your province and the situation in general made this mini getaway something imperatively necessary. Los Peñascales, like other previous times we've been, never disappoint us. The bed is super comfortable, the jacuzzi is super large and the distribution of the room is great enough to watch TV from anywhere in the room. The food is spectacular and the service is super fast. In the photos: - Remains of a dish of Iberian Ham (22€) We were morinos and it was so good that I almost didn't pick up the photo. - Endeavour of Iberian Jam (14€). Very good - Huevos Una rotos with jam (9.50€).

A fantastic hotel; I loved the sauna, the hot tub, for its breadth; the very comfortable and spacious bed. The bathroom is very spacious and is like the shower cabin for two people without any problems. Very discreet and romantic. The room we booked had a very interesting and ideal tantric chair. I recommend it to go with your celebratory couple or alone to relax. This is not the first time we are going and we will surely repeat it again.

Celebration of birthdays

We called to ask if we could change rooms because the smell was unbearable and the answer was that we stayed for four hours. Ever since we entered the room we have been with the window open in the hope that the atmosphere would be ventilated. When it started to get cold we had to close and it was when we called the reception. That was the answer. I told him that it was his obligation to ask if we wanted a smoking room or not. According to the receptionist the room was, which was curious because there were two cenies in the room. And that he asked that they put them on because the customers did not meet the restrictions. There was no ban sign and I think he had a cenies to smoke a cigarette. No, we will not return, it was undeniable that the night there with the smoky surroundings, it was uninviting to spend all the rest of the night there, with the cenies to breathe, and to breathe.
