The worst and most chaotic hotel we stayed at.The first day we had to ask for the heater (between December 10th and 12th).The second day, when we arrived to take a tour of Santander, around 6:30 p.m. NO heating had been done, no heating turned off, NO one at the hotel: neither at the reception nor at the bar, no one answered the hotel's phone.It was all dark and cold.The next morning when we asked the owner for an explanation, they all apologized.If they told the girl why she didn't make the room, that if they were buying supplies, that if they had a problem with the wireless connection to the mobile phone.They summed up a scandal of escrow.A disaster, an organization of service, a desire to disrupt the quality of the hotel, and that the girl who loved the hotel, and that no one was preparing for the disorganization of the hotel, that no one would ever want to go through the disorganized experience, that no one would ever want to turn the hotel into a disorganized one.

The work of the cameramen is terrible, you sit at a table and serve us and not clean the table, they ask you to change a basket and you take more than half an hour waiting to bring you the basket while the others have already taken what they have served....an unforgettable experience.

Welcome to the little girl.

We booked three inhabitants here for one night, to stay close to Cabárceno and we were delighted, both by the attention received at the inn, and by the rooms, spacious and with some beautiful terraces.

Surprise is a surprise.

The attention was tenfold. The girls were very attentive. The food was delicious. Everything was homemade and with a very good presence. The rice with carrilleras was very sweet. The merluza full of vegetables was very juicy. The albóndigas are sliced and with a very intense taste.

A good experience with gastronomy.

The hotel is great, the treatment is very good, both that of the receptionist (I can't remember the name) and that of the waitress who gave us the always cheerful breakfast (Cristina).The simple but neat room, they set up a cot for the girl and made it easier for us to leave the chair as they don't have an elevator and that's to be thankful for.

Escape from the city.

Exceptional menu, cozy terrace, great service and the best of camereros, Mario encantador, thank you and say no to that;-) And the cameraman Cristina is super professional and very funny!Super recommended:-)

A wonderful one.

We went out for a drink on a terrace-garden that is very nice.We ordered 2 ice-capped cafes, 1 ice-capped American and a decaffeinated coffee.We were served 2 milk-capped cafes, 1 ice-capped American and 1 ice-capped American.We were charged 1 ice-capped coffee and 3 cuts....Finally.....

The service is despistado.

They have a pretty large area with grass where you can have a very decent meal. The food was excellent, and the water I ordered came in a glass bottle, which I think is a must especially to avoid unnecessary plastic. Good place to try local food, and very centric.

Excellent dinner

The hotel is located in the town of Liérganes, in Cantabria, a very beautiful town. The hotel is an old stone house restored; with a walled patio garden that is one of the best features of the hotel. The decoration in the hotel and rooms is the simplest and most functional, with cheap furniture and lamps; where the price of a boutique hotel coffee is charged, which is not. I stay in what I suite, and it is no longer a room with a few stairs and totally uncomfortable for the height. An excessive price for a single person does not take into account the concept of Double Use Individual. But breakfast is the worst thing in many years, camping and without. Others at least wondered if you want to go to the coffee shop instead of the movie, which was to be seen.
