Stayed for three nights. The reception area is in the hallway on the second floor and is really cramped but don’t worry! We had a wonderful room with a large double bed with loads of pillows, a gigantic TV and an aircondition that worked well and was almost  silent. Amazing. The bathroom was time, but it was clean and had thick and soft towells. A tiny fridge (did not get really cold) and a small coffee maskin. There was a tiny balcony overlooking the street.
The decor was romantic and quite beautiful. The staff were charming - they spoke no english but Google translate fixed the dialogue.
The location is superb.
We booked one of the larger rooms - it’s well worth the extra.

Wonderful stay

The hotel is located inside a building (location quite common in Madrid) on the first floor. The rooms are very spacious, with a small living room with a desk, very useful if you have to work. Fantastic 55-inch TV right in front of the bed. The bathroom is very small. The cleaning is good. It does not offer breakfast but outside it is easy to find premises. The price in my opinion is too high for the services offered

Good location

I don't understand how it can have good reviews... claustrophobic, both the access to the room by small hallway and the room itself, minimal, interior and with a small bed. The fridge was not plugged in. There was an intense smell of food coming from the restaurants on the ground floor.

What a horror!

In the bathroom of my little practical wife I found the two extra laundry machines in the bathroom: I had a little impression that this bathroom was the one to serve, so that someone would arrive. Half an hour after my installation, someone was at the reception and I left a note to indicate what I was missing in the room (bathrobe and toilet paper).

Good value for money but a little impersonal

What the advertisement says is true. The problem is what it doesn't say. Good stuff. Well-placed. Gentle staff. Clean. Coffee machine and Water in the room. Greenhouse, safety box on the floor under the light table. Bad stuff. Zero Privacy, you have to be with the window closed, because the neighbors of the building see you. To know if the day is nice or ugly or to go out on the street, the room gives an inner courtyard and the sun doesn't see. It's an old building without an elevator, which they recycled a large apartment. Zero reception is in the hallway. Small room. My lady had to go upstairs or upstairs. The entrance is the entrance to a regular building.

Price to quality ratio.

Although the rooms don't look very big, something I could read in the comments, it's well worth the attention of the staff.The rooms have a lot of charm, a large and comfortable bed, a giant TV, a well-prepared breakfast in the room...Finally, a good hotel for a couple's getaway to Madrid and downtown.

Hotel with much charm.

Nice decoration, attentive service. Room worth a 3/4* for the price of a hostel. You quickly feel at home and it remains quite intimate because there are few rooms. Very good bed and magical linen!! I recommend for the quality ratio price and location.

The place is very small but the room are decorated with a lot of luxury details. The bead was very nice and in the room had a Big Smart tv with access to netflix. You can book by hour if you only need to rest for few hours.

Small but luxury

It's small, very small, but it's beautiful, well decorated, white, slightly charming, in the room that touched us, we had to jump over the bed to get there, but happy jump!

It looks very nice in photographs but the rooms are dwarves, when I say dwarves is that my bathroom is bigger than the dorm room the size of the room is just the wedding bed and about 50 centimeters so that you can walk to the beds, windows and a light yard without any intimacy, booking me it seemed like a hotel but it is an apartment with ALQUILAN HABITACIONES, a real disaster.
