We booked for a night of express travel to Madrid and sleeping in the C/Fuencarral. Paint well, centrifuge and use search engines the price was not bad. The surprise comes when you arrive... you have to read the little letter very carefully. Extra 35€ if you arrive after 8pm and the cool 49€ for cleaning expenses. 50€ per 10h in the apartment (apart from the 115€ that is valid for the night, the ENGAGE price that appears on the search engines).

There are no alloys here.

The location is perfect, however the staff is not helpful,, we arrived at 4 PM , the reception in the building is different company, which the advise me to walk for 15 min to get the keys from different office👎🏻

Hello travelers with destination to Madrid and personal of the apartments!!! We decided to rent an apartment for a group of friends for the first time in Madrid. We wanted to leave our comment as we considered something positive for everyone... The location is excellent. The cleanliness in all respects, bathroom, kitchen, laundry), is impeccable. The quiet zone. The attention of the receptionist Leticia, impeccable. A very pleasant and attentive person. We coincided with the cleaning girl and also was very pleased with us. So we recommend it to future guests.

 Commentary

We stayed in a  couple of hotels in Madrid and this was one of the best ones.
Very family friendly and close to the city centre. We walked to the plaza and everythings close by 
The people are very friendly and helped us get cabs when we headed back to the airport

One of the best 

The studio we rented located on Calle Víctor Hugo 4 has an excellent location to easily move around Madrid center. Nice, neat and clean. The deal with the company is excellent. If we return to Madrid we will repeat.

Excellent treatment, location and cleanliness.

I have stayed several times in these apartments and in all their facilities they are excellent, simple but effective decoration, comfortable beds and with good care.

Comfort and good location

A horrible company, 0 professionalism, very rude telephone treatment that shows disrespect if you dare to ask if it's possible to get in or out before the hour, I was told that this is what there is, and told that we don't want customers like you to question everything, I'm going to refuse your reservation so you can't do it... and the next act hung up the phone, when I called again it was impossible to contact them, when I got the deal was still horrible, if they denied me the possibility of making the reservation, when I told them I wanted to try to make a claim they literally said no... I don't know where you can put it... it doesn't make sense that you make a claim... I had never tried so much, never tried to make a deal with them again and I would advise you if you could never avoid it.

Spent 4 nights in this modern apartment block . The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished . The area is great for local restaurants and cafes and has the choice of 2 local metro stations . There is a well stocked supermarket at the end of the street as well as take aways . A very buzzing atmosphere in this area however very little noise around the apartment . Would recommend this place without hesitation

Superb apartment in brilliant location

We were in March 2018 with my family in the MELLA 1 VASQUEZ, Madrid. It was impossible to sleep. There was a very, very large work at the door of the building, with retro-excavators, pneumatic hammers, many operators, worker, etc., who since 7 a.m. were making a lot of noise.When we complained, we were told that this was foreign to the building, and nothing more. I understand that it is foreign, but they should warn and charge for the stay at least 50%, because if travel vessels the most important thing is to rest well, which it was.

Bad experience, not recommended.

I can’t remember how many times I have stayed here and every time it gets better. This place kills every hotel around central Madrid. Super clean super central and super service from the girls of this agency. This time, thank you Rebeca.
