I was passing by, and I called without knowing but for a comment, that if to book I had to pay first with the card and on top of that it's a non-refundable fee. The prices are more than affordable.On arrival at the hotel a gentleman waited for us, very kind, who stays all night at the door. The right room, although it lacks a little light. Heating is fine, but in the morning the courtyard and refreshes the room. I took the room with service and it's more than right hot water, clean towels, clean sheets, bed rested very well even though it's a very good clean 90s, the host that I needed is a REFORM to clean up a little, otherwise correct. The UBICION can be updated a little, 20 meters wide, 20 meters wide, and you have a nice restaurant, 100 meters long, and you can enjoy a nice walk to the beach.

Very good but improving. To repeat.

Superb location, literally located by the side of Gran Via, comfortable and clean room, lovely staff and unbelievably low price! Can't ask for more. The wifi worked very well too. It was surprisingly quiet in the room, considering the location.

Fantastic value for money

The best thing about this place it’s the location, just a few steps away from Gran Via, the famous shopping area. Also near to plethora of great restaurants and bars. The hostel itself is modest but clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 

Great location 

Very close to the centre and practically attached to GranVia, not far from the Callao metro. Very available, friendly and hospitable staff. Quiet and clean environment. Great especially for short periods.

What to say, I was simply enthusiastic about this accommodation for a number of reasons. We start from the location, super central, at a crossroads of the Gran Vía and a few steps from Callao. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by noon but you can still leave your luggage at the reception. It is equipped with the key stack which allows total freedom of movement, at all hours of the day... and night. There are different types of rooms: single, double and triple with private or shared bathroom. In my case I stayed in a single room, a small but comfortable room facing the patio of the building.

A cheap and quality hostel in the centre of Madrid

The location is excellent, a minute from Gran Vía and two from the nearest metro station (Callao).The facilities are good and the rooms are good and clean.Every day we entered the room, it was clean and the beds made.The friendly staff.I would definitely recommend this place for quality/price.Greetings from Paris.

Everything is right.

I've been to this hostel twice, and I'll say it's normal, it all depends on how you use it, in my case just to go to bedtime is fine, I had a full bathroom in the room, clean and without any more luxuries.

It's normal, it's what you need to sleep.

The hostel is very well located and the staff is friendly, but it urgently needs a renovation. Advisable only if you're going to be on the street all day and only go to sleep. There is a shower and toilet in the room, but the toilet is out.

Normalito is the norm.

It's a hostel, so don't expect the luxury of the hotels, but it's all you need to have a good night and it's in a quiet area, it's really central, just a few meters from the subway, and last but not least, the staff is really nice and very available, and of course, the price is fair.

I found myself fine.

The location of the hostel is simply perfect. The price is very competitive and without a doubt its strong point is the excellent service and customer service. We were treated with luxury and facilitated everything we ordered, even changing our rooms so that all the friends could be together.
