An intimate and discreet place, clean and with everything I look for when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of Madrid.The attention is perfect.The bed is perfect, neither very soft nor very hard.The shower with the possibility of changing the chorus.

On the website they have an email they don't reply to, they only answer you by phone and the reservation is made verbally, so there is no guarantee when to confirm the reservation. The photos don't match at all with reality. A very deteriorated look, smells of tobacco unbearable. Moreover, the rooms that include a private bathroom sound ridiculous; since that so-called private bathroom consists of a mirrored bathroom, a shower and a retreat distributed throughout the room, with no type of door and therefore zero privacy.

A 2-minute walk from the Plaza de España and facing the Palacio de Oriente, a boarding house with all amenities and exceptional cleaning, including a freezer in some places.It can also be rented by the hour.The rooms and bathrooms, excrupulously clean.

The relationship between price and quality is incomparable.

I don't recommend staying there at all. Very dirty rooms, dirty sheets with some other hair, a lot of noise from the hostel interior as well as the exterior that makes it impossible to keep an eye on all night long. Finally, a real horror. The worst hostel experience I have ever had. The owners are absolutely educated but are in disarray with this service they offer.

A nightmare is coming.

I was in Madrid with my boyfriend for a week, cleaning the zero room, sheets full of hair, and in 7 days they didn't even change the sheets and swept the room!!wifi doesn't work, the only good thing about this boarding house and it's 5 minutes from downtown Madrid.

Destroyed furniture, towels with holes, a moco on the sheet and a ventilator on the bed that looked directly to the community bathroom (and without closure). Bad smell and a lot of noise.
