We stayed for a week in one of the apartments and we really enjoyed the location and the downtown area so full of shops and things to see.The apartment was very clean and well furnished.The best of the staff's sympathy.The guy who did the check for us was very professional and friendly.We will be back safely!

The bus, metro, and bus connections are fantastic, to get to the Prado Museum, for example, 30 minutes away, via metro line 2 and stop in Cibeles, the metro is a two-minute walk away, in Plaza España. It is about five minutes away at Museo Cerralbo, and also near the Senado and Palacio Real, very close to the Gran Via, and a 10-minute walk to the main square. The apartment, has a fireplace, microwaves, and a refrigerator, perfect if you want to have lunch.

Central apartment to visit Madrid

Thank you Imelda. we'll say again for sure. apartments with an excellent situation, well equipped and the excellent treatment too. nothing negative. no need to take any means of transportation, right next to the great avenue and the center of Madrid.

A reservation for a vacation and a setback with my escort's visa prevented me from making use of the reservation. When I tried to cancel it, I was charged with cancellation charges. Those charges can be dismissed by the landlord if he wants to do so, is well-intentioned and is honest in acknowledging that he has not suffered any harm. But that is not the case with this establishment!! As soon as they saw the opportunity to charge some of the money without providing the service, the lies occurred: First, this is the website who has to authorize it (the owner is the owner)  Second, this is the website booking the 300 cents (the owner is the owner) Third, this is a customer who was interested (the owner of the hotel is the owner)  Third, this is a customer who was actually interested (the owner of the hotel: even the owner of the apartment offers less than 5 euros), but when you have any other features such as the owner is the owner of the hotel Second, this is the owner of the hotel Second, this is the

Apartments with excellent views, an unbeatable location in the same Plaza de España, very well equipped and clean.La Gran Via, Palacio Real, etc..... all within walking distance without the need to take transportation.

Perfect for visiting Madrid.

Very well located site, with a subway stop next door. Walking you are in a moment in the center of Madrid. Excellent treatment. A clean and very nice place. It is well worth spending a few days, visiting Madrid and disconnecting from everything. Perfect also if you want to travel with your pet. Just next door is the Temple of Debod and below there is a very large park where you can leave your dog free to enjoy the company of other gamers;)

The apartment location is good, near the metro and Grand Via.
Furniture are new and well arranged, indoor space clean and comfortable.
It help me relax after hard-working or traveling.

As the lift door opens you just know this apartment block is beyond your expectations. The hallways are as good if not better than most hotels, but when Emelda let us in to view our apartment my first thought was, pay the bill now, 525e for 7 days, in case they had made a mistake and wanted more later. No that was the price and a bargain at that. In fact we had to wait until the 6th day before they would take money from us.

Our apartment 9H had everything, a large living room with pull down sofa bed, TV, Wifi and air conditioning. There's a hallway with a fully equipped kitchen leading off it, this includes a fridge/freezer and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Off the living room is a large bedroom with comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space, it includes an iron and iron board. The bathroom door is inside the bedroom and anyone sleeping in the living room must pass through to get to it. However the bathroom itself is large although it has a shower but no bath. It does have a hairdryer.

Then onto the balcony which is off the living room. It stretches the length of the apartment and is on a corner giving views towards parkland on one side, the roof of the palace can be seen over a building just to the left and the rest of the view includes the rooftops of the narrow streets which climb towards the back of the nearby Gran Via shopping street.

It's on the very edge of the center of Madrid but as close as you'll get to all the main attractions, especially the shops, bars etc.

The rest of the staff were helpful, including Emelda's stand in, the cleaning lady and the guy who seemed to be the handyman. 

One warning, we were returning one night and climbed the steps to the front door. Two ladies who we believed stayed in the apartments came closely behind us. As I fumbled for the key I felt a hand trying to slip into my pocket in which I had my wallet. I grabbed the hand and challenged the lady, rather the thief, who pulled away and calmly walked back down the steps followed by her friend. I ran down after them and discovered that a 3rd female had been waiting round the corner. Although I shouted after them they continued to walk calmly on and disappeared into the crowd on Grand Via. They had got nothing but I learnt a lesson, don't carry a lot of money as pick pockets are about.

I stayed here with my father who lives here. The apartment was very cosy and makes you feel at home. The administrator, cleaning ladies and the concierge are very gentle and willing to help. There is wifi, tv, a kitchen, phone, comfortable bed and couch. It is also very well located. I would add perhaps a mini oven in the kitchen, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Home-like

I stayed for 2 nights with 3 friends in one of the many apartments in the stable. The photos on the site were very faithful. We had, a room with a double bed, one with a sofa bed, which suddenly turned out to have a mattress with springs that felt. The kitchen and terrace were beautiful, but the show was the bathroom! As breakfast, in the fridge there was the indispensable, salads, and packaged candy. The location is really comfortable, a walk and you get to the Royal Palace. Below the palace is the metro stop.
