I went with my parents to spend 15 days vacationing in Mallorca and we were delighted to see a great situation, excellent treatment by staff and comfortable rooms.

Excellent experience and experience.

Price vs. quality very good. Staff very friendly and available. Well situated and very quiet. Exceptional rooms. 99% of guests are German, so everything is in German but Google Translator solves the problem. All included does not include drinks with alcohol outside the restaurant but the hotel allows guests to have lunch and dinner free on the day of departure something I had never seen in other hotels.

Price versus exceptional quality

Hotel 100% for Germans. Breakfast hours 8:30-10:30 Monday 12:30-14:00 Dinner 18:00-21:00 Everything is written in German, by and for them. Even the staff in the dining room do not understand Spanish (only the Latinos because it is their language of origin).

Spaniards, this is no es vuestro hotel.

German chain and note that all the guests were German except us, everything is written in German so we didn't know what we were eating or anything at the hotel, but the staff was wonderful and no doubt explaining it to us in Spanish, wonderful staff, exceptional treatment and above all ONLY ADULTES, we will repeat without a doubt, Very clean, I want to thank the person in charge of my room 335 in particular and the rest of the staff in general for the treatment.

He didn't put the information in Spanish or the meal schedules, but it is understood that 99% were German.

The worst hotel I've seen in my whole life. If you're French don't expect much.  All inclusive  if you can call it that.. German food because tourist than German. Cassoulet au petit dej.. no Spanish specialty paid alcoholic drink outside meals so force to order during. Service doesn't speak French ignore the look when you want to ask for something sour during a question and part.. no water in the douche we have to go outside in front of everyone and no commercial gesture after that. Chipot for 2 euros instead. Price tax and jen.

Hotel to Escape

We were a couple for 10 days in this all-inclusive hotel. It was just embarrassing that this hotel was nothing like a 4-star hotel outside of aesthetics. Every day the same lunch and dinner, no Spanish specialties. (except for the paella which was always stuffed with brown rice that was almost black). The pool was not a proper presence of gluing algae at the bottom of the pool, full of green stain on the pool outlines. There was no activity and no music. On the last day of our stay we were not allowed to take a shower because of a water problem we had to take a shower in the pool while our families were in the bathroom so that we all immediately ask the question of the people who are passing through the pool as they are in the bathroom, as if they are not in the bathroom.

Shameful hotel to run away from

The Hotel is incredible, quiet and modern, with amazing service and reception. However, If you are not a German person or you do not like German culture, stay away. The main language in the hotel is German. Events and the activities on the board are described in German. The area around the hotel substitutes German pubs and clubs with German music. Even homeless people speak German in this region. Unfortunately, we believe that it is worth mentioning as going to Mallorca, we wanted to explore the Spanish language and kitchen, but we felt really disappointed. However, the hotel itself it’s a gem in the wrong area. 

Amazing, but it does not have a Spanish vibe

It's a very nice hotel, perfectly situated to the beach and the beer street, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Yes, it's one of the oldest houses, I've been here since 77.

Class hotel

The nearest bus stop (line A2 to the airport and line A25 to Palma) is just around the corner. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are also abundant in the area. The hotel is well maintained and clean and the facilities are modern. The pool area is very nicely designed with a few palm trees and a few floors higher there are still sunbeds. There is also a roof terrace with super views. The guests come mainly from Germany and the Netherlands.

Good location for beach and party guests

I felt really comfortable again. It was a nice and not too big hotel with a great roof terrace. It was not the first allsun hotel for me and I have always been positively treated by the staff of allsun hotels. The Cristóbal Colón is 3 blocks from the beach and not really loud. I had a nice and sufficiently large room. The breakfast was varied and delicious. What was important to me, the espresso tasted very good.
