We arrived at 8 pm, it was night time, the GPS left us in a campsite (which is behind the apartments as we checked the next day) after making numerous calls to the contact phone without getting a response, if we happened to climb up Ses Pedrises Street and on the first street on the left was the entrance to the estate, with the code that had been sent to us so that we could enter,!!!! surprise there was no one to enter to ask!!! Looking around there because there was very little light!! I found that on one door there was a message with my number saying that it was the apartment and that the keys were on, so we could finally enter and rest them on the mattresses of the fairly uncomfortable docks).

Chaos and tranquility.

A quiet place to enjoy the island in a different way, simple apartments that meet the needs located between pine trees, quiet, just the singing of a chicken that has its charm, and a management of 10

La otra isla is the other island.

Have stayed several times at these apartments, they are very basic but very clean & peaceful. The gardens & swimming pool are all well kept. The family are very friendly & it's close to the beach. I recommend it.

Great 

It was recommended to us by a friend. It is very good. We rented the apartment with two bedrooms. It is spacious, all outdoors and very cool. It has ceiling fans. The equipment is basic but has everything. It is 5 minutes from Cala Nova which is a perfect beach to go with children. The swimming pool is very clean. The cleaning service and care are very good. We have toys and umbrellas for the guests. The price is very reasonable for what Ibiza is and it is convenient to book directly.

 Quiet, clean and affordable.

When you go to an Ibiza, what you ask for is tranquility after all the hustle and bustle you find anywhere. This is what Mar Bella Apartments give you. They are apartments that have always been carried by a family, so you can notice the dealings with the nearby client and the experience of the years, they take care of making your stay pleasant and care about every detail. In reception you will find at any time someone willing to lend a hand, Thanks Arantxa! The apartments are very well equipped, from laundry rooms, air conditioning to hair dryer; they offer napkins, a great cover, and even in the reception room you will have umbrellas, shovels and other items that are suitable for the beach.

 TANQUILITY is the key to success.

I strongly recommend the structure both for the strategic position to be able to turn around the island. The structure also allows to reach on foot the center of Di es canar where there are shops and restaurants of various kinds, the beach of cala nova can also be reached comfortably on foot. Street parking assigned to the structure very convenient. Cleaning carried out on other days, very kind and available staff really make it recommend the facilities without hesitation. Quality/price ratio unparalleled on the island. Spacious bedrooms, convenient kitchen equipped with mini fridge and microwave oven...

Accommodation in the quiet

We have stayed at Apartamentos Mar Bella many times over the years it must be close to 20 years and always found great value for money. But this year was not great. Can't fault the accommodation it was as clean as ever as was the pool.
But since the Mar Bella restaurant was under new management the staff from there have moved up to the apartments. We struggled to understand how it took so many in the office but then not much went on apart from smoking talking on their mobiles.
We were a party of 8 in two 2 bed apartments. We requested a full size cot for the young child with us we were provided with the same wooden crib that we had the previous year. The crib was far too small for the child when we told them in the office that it was unsuitable and not what we requested even showing them a picture of a travel cot this was met with a shrug of shoulders and saying its the same.
  Reluctantly we had to hire a suitable cot at our own expense.
The only one who worked hard was the cleaner who has been their many years and did a fantastic job considering her work load.
All in all the indifferent attitude of the women in the office we have decided not to return again which will be sad as we have had many a happy stay over the years I'm sure the owner would be fuming if she was aware as what went on.

Standards are slipping will be our last time at Mar Bella

Stayed here for many years as we felt so welcome by all the Ferrer family.  Clean comfortable and set back from the noise and action but only a short walk to Marbella Restaurant on the beach.  Nice pool and no need for a car.

Great Family Run apartments

Since we arrived I want to highlight the kindness of this family, they care about every detail and make you feel at home.The apartments are in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from several beaches and a car ride to no more than 30 minutes from very beautiful and very touristy places.In the interior they have a kitchen to do what you want, a large terrace and the beds are good, the bathroom is clean.Every two days the rooms are clean.They have a swimming pool at a temperature that tastes good and you can stop using it at any time you want.The only inconvenient thing is that in the rooms there is no soap, no bathroom, no dishwashing....but that doesn't come down so that you can take a 10 note note.Thank you for the warmth...I hope you'll be back again.

Tranquility on the island.

Probably one of the nicest cleanest places we have stayed in. Bungalows are lovely.  With separate bedroom .  Kitchen more than ample Rooms cleaned daily Location in ideal spot staff very helpful and friendly.
