On my way to Santiago in August, I found that all the accommodation (hotel, hostel and many guesthouses) was complete in the Galician capital. I went to this hostel just a few hours before arriving and Salvador (very attentive, serviced and even drawing us a route through Santiago to see the part that tourists don't know) hosted us for only 15€ per person. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. They have a small TV but does its function and the bathroom is shared with the rest of the rooms. All the rooms have a key to the door. The cleaning, although it paints badly according to some of the previous comments, was not at all bad in the rooms.

A good-priced pension with things to improve

We called at 9pm on a Friday night on the eve of the festivities in Santiago and the owner had the ingenuity of moving rooms for Saturday to accommodate 3 people every two days.The deal was familiar and close by the three people who carry both the hostel and the bar.They gave us some explanations of the city that made us have some unforgettable moments.The hostel is normal, but the price and the treatment make it great.Thank you very much for everything.

It's a really nice family boarding house with comfortable rooms, with elevators and a really good breakfast, and the bathrooms need to be renovated, but the warmth of the owners makes it clear.

I assure you that we chose this hostel without any great demands apart from cleanliness. That's the point.

To be Avoided

The check made in the brewery (two steps from the pension) guarantees a beer tribute to the new arrivals :) Great kindness, clean and comfortable place, breakfast in price and free Wi-Fi.

A small apartment transformed into a boarding house in the peripheral area - but not so much - compared to the historic center, but very comfortable for those moving by train. Check-in is done in a local located about 100m from the entrance to the boarding house. The room is normally both as a comfort and as a furniture; there are three bathrooms to share with the occupants of the other rooms and they are sufficient so that there is no congestion. Cleaning is guaranteed by at least four steps a day.

The formula of courtesy always pays

The hostel is perfect for spending a night in Santiago. When we arrived, they welcomed us with great courtesy, offering us drinks and food as well. The room is large and clean. The English of the managers is not perfect, but their sympathy compensates for the great.
