Great budget hotel right where the action is in Seville. Location is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful . Got a lot of valuable information from the hotel staff. The rooms were a bit small , but clean.

Great hotel in city centre

I booked this hotel directly. When I called up I mentioned that was looking for a hotel room to celebrate a special occasion. The receptionist couldn't speak much English so I ended up sending an email to ensure that she understood my request (2 nights accommodation in a quiet room as we are light sleepers).

When I arrived at the hotel, the night receptionist couldn't any English leading me to use all my broken Spanish to get along with him despite being exhausted. The room type and the rate were wrong but trusted him so I put my PIN number confirming an amount that wasn't correct as he kept repeating that the situation would be sorted in the morning.

Once in the room, the horrible experience continued. The cleanliness was really bad. Hairs and stains in the bed linen. The bed looked really uncomfortable due to its metal frame and its thin mattress. The pillows were so really soft and lumpy that I had to go to reception to ask for another pillow. The bathroom looked cheap and unfinished, some tiles were chipped. The sofa was full of stains and the coffee machine at the desk couldn't be used as there wasn't any electrical plug. Most of the furniture and the duvet were the cheapest possible...

The experience wasn't going well but we were tired so we decided to try to sleep. When we noticed that was a connection door to the next room. We couldn't get to sleep by being disturbed by the snoring from the person staying next door. It was so loud that I recorded a video and I went down to reception and I show it to the receptionist, a young man who was really apologetic but couldn't do anything as the hotel was fully booked as all the hotels in the area also fully booked as it was bank holiday weekend.
 
In the morning, I went down to reception to explain the reasons that prevented us from sleeping, as that was all I had wanted since arriving in the hotel. Again, the receptionist couldn't speak any English therefore I had to wait for the manager. I tried to explain the whole situation again as the information wasn't passed to him before. Unprofessionally they only spoke Spanish with me when I told them that my Spanish wasn't good enough to express the whole station. So I tried to tell them that I was amazed by the bedroom that was given to me and costs 105euros per night. Therefore my only request was to cancel and get a refund of the second night. The whole team, manager and receptionist showed that they couldn't care less. I haven't heard a simple, "I am sorry" instead of it I received a categorical "NO" while they were expecting me as a guest to put up with all their mistakes, inconvenience and lack of comfort.

We ended up booking another hotel room even though we had booked a second night in the blue 8 as according to hotel policy the cancellation isn't 24h but 72h regardless of how bad their service is! Since We have left down by blue8 hotel staff I really don't recommend this hotel unless you want to try to have a cheap hostel experience at the price of a good hotel.

The lack of care from the hotel staff and the high price for a room are shocking!

It is incredible that a hotel at a price of 90 euros a night in October has a closet without even a shelf, a simple bar to hang clothes, not even a single drawer, but simple impossible. Mirrors one in the whole room, in the bathroom and point. the light came through the door and looked day and night. the toiletries put in the first day one unit of each despite requesting more, we stayed at the reception for 5 days. When we commented at the reception the unpleasant surprise so disastrously we were told that it was the price of sleeping in the center of Seville. By the way, they forced me to pay the entrance before the room was filled out without having to have a ticket for the reservation with a checklist otherwise we would have been looking for another comfortable accommodation in our room.

Incredibly low and the price of the Cadena Hotel Buena.

I have to say that this was by far the best stay in any hotel I have stayed. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but the the staff are 10 star. They are the friendliest and most helpful staff. They truly made the stay amazing. 

The hotel and the room itself is tastefully done and was always clean. The food was excellent as well. The location was PERFECT. Everything was right there or a very short walk.

Ideal for spending a few days in the center of Seville.The modern hotel with very small but clean and modern rooms.No elevator, if you have claustrophobia no es tu hotel.We were delighted because it met our expectations of a clean and well-priced central hotel.

Centered and clean.

Ideal hotel for tourists because of its location. recently renovated. rooms only to go to sleep. not the kind of hotel I would choose for work, only tourists eager to experience the city.

Right in the middle of Seville.

After seeing and reading the reviews about the hotel, the truth is that I don't think they've been to the same hotel as Hotel BLUE 8, I've been comparing and looking at other hotels and I've decided to go to the most central and opt for the family service of a small hotel. A service just like entering very familiar and very careful. Although I don't have an elevator, there's no disadvantage as the receptionist lends himself to help you load up your luggage and book your room and explain all the services they can offer you. The room is very neat, spacious and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is super spacious. We went with a couple and I with a few friends and we didn't have any complaints.

Surprisingly amazing.

The hotel is ideal as it is located in the heart of Seville but on a very quiet street and at night we had no noise problems. very spacious and modern room, comfortable bed and shower with hydromassage. And finally the treatment received was unbeatable.

An excellent weekend at the hotel.

Hotel with 1 suite and 13 tiny rooms We only speak Spanish... still not done after 3 days. No elevator (thank you for my pregnant wife) My identity has been checked every day by the manager. Lots of misconduct in the bathrooms. The bed barely fits in the room, preventing movement.

Beware of fraud

What a bad surprise, a late arrival during a five-night stay for a wedding. We discover the Blue 8 with very good photos taken and well on the lie. To begin with no elevator but a huge staircase (I'm seven months pregnant). A tiny room at the end of a very light white corridor. A tiny bed not at all comfortable (140cm) and barely room to pass on the sides. No room for suitcases and a tiny closet with 4 cintres. The bathroom is not the place to sit on the toilets without looking at the bathroom furniture.
