The truth is that it's by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If on the outside it didn't bode well, on the inside it just confirmed our fears. Very deserted, cleaning up overhead, furniture and decoration, ugly mattresses (seemed like unstable travel beds) and to our surprise... the two elevators were broken during the weekend!!!! I don't know how an older person, or people with child chairs, etc. would have done.

Please don't go. That's not a hotel. In a hostel it's better. You have to ask for everything and in the best of cases they give it to you, but they say no.
