Grupo Velarta is a group that is not serious and mistreated.Once they get the money, they don't care about the rest.I don't recommend it at all.It was the first time we booked with them but it will be the last.

We booked a group that told us some conditions at the time of booking and then didn't fulfill any of what they had told us.We had to cancel for health reasons and left with much of the booking money.a shame.

When we booked everything was fine, but we couldn't go through several cases of covid and even though we had confirmed by phone that there was no problem or cost in cancelling then he changed the version and didn't return what he promised.

Nothing is recommended. They do not fulfill the agreement. They have no word. We had to cancel due to COVID, and the cancellation conditions offered at the time of booking, nothing. Change the rules of the game to your convenience.

Very little experience.

I went to the bridge in December to take a climbing class and we stayed at the hotel. We had a half boarding house, breakfast is plenty and dinners are very rich, it is the first hotel where I have been placed with snacks for dinner!!! The rooms, we were on the third floor, 16 people in a room were doing something uncomfortable, besides I would sleep in the upper bed and my staircase would go to the buhardilla, whenever I came down at night I would see them to avoid falling, it would be nice if the stairs to go up the bed were all in the hallway.

It's genius!

I was fortunate enough to be there as the head of a group of schoolchildren during the skiing campaign.Although some of the rooms are a bit small, the hostel was super clean.The treatment was incredible.The food was excellent and abundant.At all times we felt at home and were helped and provided with whatever we needed at the time.The truth is that Jorge and Fernando are very nice people.We will definitely be back next year.Recommended 100%.

Treatment was excellent and the price was good.

I spent a few days enjoying the Christmas holidays and, despite being at the hostel up to the top, I was pleasantly surprised by the sympathy and humane quality of the people who worked there. I felt at home, plenty of homemade food and quality products, warm and relaxed atmosphere and the staff always very attentive and interesting, rather than interested. I read a negative review and just don't understand it.
