The extra blanket that I had in the room had fleas, I don't think it's something that should be tolerated. There was no air in the room, only a small fan and the sink was unlocked. The room, at least our double bed, was very small, but enough to fit through.

Bedding shouldn't be like this.

Perfect location (between the train station and Plaza España) and price. It has everything you need. No luxuries. Fulfill what they promise at a logical cost. Absolute convenience before arrival. Offers discount at the Amarica parking lot, less than 100m from the hotel.

Centric and cheap.

Small hotel in a convenient location. Check in everything online. No elevator. Beds and cleaning ok. Quality report price ok. No personal present. Large shower in the room I had. Present soap and shampoo. Excellent towels.

Great for short stays.

Perfect location. Pegas: very hard and high pillow, heating set all day, very hot, need to open the window. It was difficult to sleep with so much heat. Pros: very good location, Netflix in all rooms, new bathrooms, despite not having a reception.

Good location

We stayed a couple of nights in this small structure. Clean and fairly tidy environment, convenient location for the center and private parking nearby. Sometimes noisy rooms, as they overlook the street below. It affects the total lack of reception, everything is managed via Whatsapp / email.

A convenient solution

It left me literally cold the first day I put on the heater and no longer have it put on anymore, it's 5 degrees in Victoria and it's cold outside, plus at 9 o'clock in the morning there was a lot of noise when they were cleaning rooms.

She left me cold!

At first glance, it's what you see in the photos, a pretty normal hotel but you can't expect more of it for that price. However, our two-night stay showed us that it could be much worse than it seems. The first day went pretty much as good until about 7 a.m. water started falling from the shower ceiling, with its corresponding noise, of course. We stopped for a moment and decided to wait until the reception opened (a room with tickets, as there is no reception like that) to comment. When we spoke to the two people who were there, one of them said he was the owner, and they didn't tell us a solution. While the owner went up to see what was happening, there was no significance and he said to us that the water was literally on the way down the room.

It was a horrible experience.

The hotel is small, but with everything you need to enjoy Victoria in a short stay. Very close to the historic center, clean and comfortable. The parking they recommend is a few meters away. The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are narrow, considering people with reduced mobility, baby carts or very heavy luggage. Perfect value for money, I recommend it.

Perfect for short stays.

The hotel's number is 100% realistic, it's a small hotel. Everything is very small, reaching the end of a dwarf. In the shower there is no room for a large person or with a few extra cubes. Each double room costs 55 euros per couple.

Enano but centric.

I had a reservation at this hotel for a weekend in June 2020 and it had been confirmed a long time ago, but as that weekend coincided with the Azkena Rock Festival in June, I was cancelled because the price I had agreed with them did not match the price they could get.
