It's not a five-star hotel, but for what it pays should be in better condition. (It's been 80€ a night) being in cheaper hotels was much better than this. Dirty rooms, dust everywhere, the curved bed, the hard pillow, the black curtains, the walls of the shower with mold. We had a small balcony in which it was like sleeping on the street, a lot of noise was impossible to reconcile sleep.

It's a good place to sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is both its location and the kindness of the staff. The worst thing about it is that it is falling into a trap, of course. It needs a renovation that is already coming too late (the blinds are not low, the wind loses water from the sink, the windows are so old that you can hear everything from the street, etc.) There is one more thing that has worried me, and is that the cleanliness has not been as good as I expected. In the bathroom there are some hairs left of the previous visitor, on the terrace a plastic cup of coffee from several days, and on the shower plate there was a soap pass already used.

I left an HDMI cable and an iPad transformer in the room in July.I called a few hours after leaving the room to comment on it and to see if there was any way to recover it.They told me they would look in the room but write it in the mail as well.I did, I sent them an email too, and almost three months later I'm still waiting for a response.So the impression is that if you leave something, you'll probably keep it and never see it again.

Hello, I've been spending almost 4 weeks travelling through Spain and it's the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. Room with a ranch smell, beds impossible to sleep because they're curved. The antique bathroom, wet towels, if you take away the urge to shower. The door opens with a key and when you get out you have to leave it at the reception. Very noisy outside x at night and x in the morning the rooms start to make up about 9am and don't get a good rest. The room was dusty until the light bulbs. Very old and obsolete. They say q is 2 stars but the only x the location. 80€ x night it's very overwhelming for what they offer, although August and this is the only c.

Good attention, poor room.

I had booked a night's stay the day before. The hotel is quite affordable and easy to find. It's very basic, but for one night and the good price I didn't expect anymore. Right next door is a bar for breakfast. Unpleasant: I had asked for a non-smoking room, but ended up in a smoking room (smell, ashtray). Maybe with such a short-term booking, there was no choice left.

The room overlooking the street didn't have a good lock, and the porch didn't close well, and with light sleep, it was impossible to rest. The rooms overlooking the patio were quieter, but smaller and noisier by the neighbors who set up the radio for the orchestra.

Modest hotel, next to the commercial area of Vitoria.The price is ideal if what you want is to rest after a day of city tourism.The staff is very friendly and attentive.As a negative aspect, it could indicate that the wifi does not reach the room well.

Kindness from the staff and good price.

A normal hotel to spend a weekend visiting tourists. Very friendly staff. Near the center and in front of a bar for breakfast. It's bad that it has a blue zone, but because we went to a bridge and it was a party, we didn't have to pay NOW.

A good option near the centre

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town of Vitoria, everything is conveniently accessible on foot. You can stop just outside the hotel + unload the suitcases. Parking places need to be found in the area. - The staff were friendly, spoke several languages as well. - The rooms are Spartan, but OK. Good beds. The bathroom is small but clean. The shower had a strong water pressure, very good! - The hotel is very well suited to spend a day in Vitoria.
