At the price I was expecting, bed and nothing else. It was extremely clean, refrigerator in the room, own bathroom, easy handling. Payment option cash in € or sec or by credit cards! Frans speaks surprisingly good German. Very friendly reception by him. Supermarket nearby (go out of the house, left the street, a few meters up, then you see the market)

It was unexpected.

- Hotel staff is very polite and helpful, personal thanks to Frans for helping with sightseeing advises. Price is very low though quality of stay is pretty good, the ambiance is very quiet and very good for tired tourists who prefer sleeping after long travelling and walking all day long. My room was neat and clean enough. Microwave oven helps a lot, thank you. The kitchenette is close-by at your service where you can find plates, cups etc. Just be sure to buy in the evening some food for your breakfast and use microwave oven to hit it (as for me, I bought some nice cheese, salami, lettuce, tomatoes and bread and made perfect hot sandwiches and tea. Yummy! ;)) The mini market is in walking distance close to tram stop. Tap water is not just water, it's really delicious (but it works for Sweden as such, I think ;)) 

- I towel is not enough, it's not comfortable to use wet towel in the morning after evening shower, as no heater is in the room to dry it.
- Hotel staff do not use WatsApp or Viber, only Facebook Messanger, looks weird...

Very quiet small guesthouse at very low price. Good option for short stay and singles.

My husband and I stayed 1 night - June,22nd to June, 23rd. Simple but clean house. Kitchenette with microwave and one burner cooktop. Few pans but you can use the kitchenware from the shared kitchen which is right next door. Small but powerful refrigerator. The freezer of the small refrigerator is really tiny but Frans, who made our check-in, offered to put my ice in the hotel freezer. 
Good bathroom and good shower. 
Two single beds (good width) put together but too soft mattresses. 
Free parking and good WIFI. 
The room is not large (it was only possible to open two suitcases of 4 that we carry) but is good for an overnight stay if you plan to visit Saab Museum and Volvo Museum
Negatives
Stairs to the hotel entrance with several steps even if the bedroom is on the ground floor. Fortunately Frans helped us take our luggage upstairs. 
Very soft mattress that caused me much back pain. Terrible pillow; luckily I had carried mine otherwise I could not have slept. 
Polyester sheets in the beds and there were stains in my bed sheets. 
Dark curtain and blackout liner, which would be great if it would be wider (the light passes through the sides), and the light go over the curtain rail because it keeps the curtain far from the wall. 
You have to pay cash. 
The shower is good but the box is small and is even tighter due to a shampoo and shower gel support, which is big and provides a comfort not found in most hotels, but its size is not compatible with the size of the box. 
There is no bathroom mat. 
We had a problem to check-in. We arrived at 5pm and nobody answered the doorbell ring. It was cold and few people passed by. We tried to get some information but they were not helpful. We really did not know what to do. Fortunately my husband saw a man smoking in the backyard. His girlfriend came a little bit later and she helped us. She went upstairs to call Frans, who manages the hotel, and thanks to her, we could check-in one hour after we had arrived.
