Location: directly on the highway, next to a large horse yard building: 2 wings, entrance hall, years old; large parking lot; from the outside you can tell that the hotel has been in the shed and not maintained rooms: we had a 4-bedroom with kitchenette and refrigerator; 1 double bed and a floor bed, with very simple mattresses where you can only sleep when you're really tired; the refrigerator is too loud, you can pull the plug right away; the bathroom is the only highlight, which was recently renovated; the bed linen was included in the price, but the bed itself must be booked: you only pay online and you get the code for a credit card and a reservation, but there's no room for a quick buffet, and there's no room for a quick buffet, and there's no room for a quick buffet.

If you don't have any rights and you want to save money, you can stay overnight.

We were there with two small children; a simple family room, but well equipped. In the garden you can picnic and barbeque yourself. Attention: there is no restaurant here (but there is no mention of one anywhere).

It's just not a restaurant.

The rooms are quite small, have a large refrigerator, a small kitchen line and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. There are parking spaces, TV and free Wi-Fi. The location at Karlskrona on a dead end is not optimal. The street and the nearby horse court did not bother us. The breakfast was not particularly well prepared, but otherwise perfectly fine. It served various loaves, toast, cooked eggs, sausage and cheese, marmalade, honey, yogurt, yogurt, no cereal, coffee and tea. It is a classic dish, but it is a good price in Ireland.

Good value for money

When considering staying here keep in mind that...

1 the guesthouse is neighboring a riding school
2 you have to pay extra for everything (even bed linen and towels...)
3 they have a water leaking that effects the rooms
4 they don't offer lunch and dinner

While staying here I was doing two stays at ones; the first and the last. 

A disappointment 

We were travelling around Sweden by car and booking accommodation as we went, depending on where we finished up each day, this day found us in Karlskrona and nearly all the accommodation in the centre of town fully booked, we settled for this hotel out on the main highway, well what a shock....construction everywhere, owner was a little blunt and the rooms were quite old but very clean, you had to negotiate some temporary walkways to get to your room. It is a horse training facility as well.
You also had use of a shared kitchen.
The price is a little high for what you are offered.
Breakfast was included and of a good quality

Unusual hotel

Modern, clean rooms with free Wi-Fi, well-equipped community kitchen and barbecue facilities are welcome to use. The staff were very nice and worked very hard for us. The hotel is directly connected to a horse yard and thus also something for horse lovers.

It's a great place!

We chose a double room with a private bathroom, the room was clean and spacious although the bathroom was very small. Linen and towels are not included in the price (we had brought ours, but you can order them for a fee). Silent room with garden view, Wi-Fi in common areas. Possibility to park for free in the yard.

Comfortable and affordable for one night

Positive: + Clean room + Community bath is used by only two rooms each + Large and good showers + fully equipped kitchen can be used with + Free coffee/tea during the day + bed was comfortable + Large parking space + Helpful staff Negative: - Car is needed because something outside - rooms were a little warm (July) - bedding had to be bought, sleeping bags are not enough to come back!

Great for overnight stays.

We just got a room that was completely different from the one we had seen on booking: with 2 single beds and 1 castle bed (we needed 2 single beds) and so we couldn't even move in the room. The cleaning was left to be desired. A window didn't close. Wi-Fi wasn't always there. Two points instead of one for the convenience of having a 24-hour reception and the staff sent us a text message with the directions to find the key to our room.
