Loved this place. It doesn’t look great from the outside but once inside it’s a different story. We booked a superior double for an overnight stay and were super happy with the space, presentation and cleanliness of the room. Location is great, very quiet and a quick walk to the centre of town. There’s no kettle in the room but there’s a breakfast room you can access during the day if you want a drink, plus a yummy piece of homemade cake or a biscuit free of charge. Breakfast had a pretty good selection despite no cooked options other than boiled eggs and they did have bread warm from the oven with attentive staff keeping everything topped-up. Offroad free parking is available outside at the back of the hotel on a first come first served basis. Recommended.

Excellent, Central option

Very nice and cosy hotel! Easy to reach by car and with a parking in the back of the hotel. 
You can easily walk to the city centre.
Before arrival we received a code to enter the front door and our roomnumber. 
Because we were one of the few guests in this time of the year (november) there was no one at reception, but that was not a problem at all. 
In the cosy breakfast area, there was tea, coffee and a lot of home baked cake and cookies! Very warm welcome when you arrive here!
Our room is also very warm en cosy decorated, are clean and have comfortable beds.
Breakfast in the morning was, as suspected, again very nice! A lot to choose from.
Also thanks for the recipe for the lovely Swedish chocolatcake!
Absolutely recommended stay!

Very nice and cosy!

Such a nice hotel with a decent price! Location was central and easy to find, parking was easy. Check in went smoothly with a door code even though there is not personnel working during night time. Room was perhaps not most modern, but it was cozy and clean. It was a big room with a couch and TV as well. A fan in the room was a huge plus although the room was not too warm. The bedsheets were soft, and curtains made sure that one can sleep in a dark room. Breakfast was modest but tasted good. I'd definitely recommend this one!

A nice hotel with a decent price!

Nice hotel close to the centre of town.  We stayed one night in two rooms.  Easy check in with the door code sent by SMS.  
The rooms were clean and decent and cheap.  The two single beds in Room 20 were tired - big dips in the middle of them.
Breakfast was okay - still buffet which felt weird during covid but generally okay other than running out of normal milk.

The Park Hotel was perfect. Great room, with ensuite facilities, double bed with all bedding and towels provided. There was no evening meal option, but breakfast was comprehensive with everything laid out.
Bed and Breakfast in Sweden is odd, from an English standpoint. Sometimes towels, sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are provided, sometimes not (you always get the duvets and pillows). When travelling you need to have all this stuff with you. This is one of four overnight stops and four reviews during our trip from Hargshamn to Kiruna and back where we experienced every variation of facility.
Our hosts were, well, ghosts. The entire experience was anonymous, perfect for the concerned self- distancing amongst us. We booked online, the entrance code was a text and the room key hanging up behind the door. We checked in, went out for a meal, returned, slept and all without seeing a soul. The spectral illusion only broken at breakfast when a head popped out through a service hatch.
Verdict: Great, would definitely come again.

Great B&B

We were two nights there and it was wonderful. Its a big house with some rooms but not at all anonymous as a hotel. The owner baked a cake for fika and there was always some sweets and cookies for the guests in the breakfast room. Breakfast itselfe was small but there was all fresh and you missed anything.

Friendly and homey stay

I stayed here in a single room for one night. The overall impression of the hotel is nice. My room with a single bed (way too soft for me, though, I got back aches) was small, but nicely furnitured and light. But it was noisy, I had two windows, could not open them, due to the traffic in the street. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the hall and outside, people checking in and out... 
There is usually nö one there for check in. You are sent a code for the entrance door via sms. That did not work for me, but when I called the owner she was very friendly and helped. The lady at checkout was very friendly, too, and let me have my room longer, until lunchtime.

OK for short stays

Stayed for one night here in this charming hotel. Checked in late, so we got a door code, and room number delivered in advance by SMS. Very nice room, nicely decorated. Cake and coffee was free to have in the evening in the kitchen. Basic breakfast, but enough to get you started. 
A nice change to the big hotel chains. Friendly staff, nothing to complain about.
If I come back to Örnsköldsvik, I could very well stay here again. Highly recommended.

Comfy and homey

Stayed there for two nights, 11, 12 Sep. Samll hotel with a decent atmosphere. They serve a basic breakfast and there is no restuarant attached. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins walk from örnsköldsvik station. Rooms are ok
