Central location between the railway station and the lake. Quiet side street - despite the horizontal trade around, which does not disturb at all. The location and the apartment are clean and well arranged. The administrative processes went very well, including the check and the key code.

Nice apartment in good condition

The hosts were friendly and communicated with us well. The room was comfortable, and the location is ideal for touring, as it's close to the main train station and close to Lake Geneva, ideal to travel around from. 

A nice stay in Geneva!

Location is central and pretty close to the lake and the station. Mind you it is located at the red light district and walking around at night could be uncomfortable to some. However the apartment was great with A/C, wifi and clean bed and bathroom. TV channels had issues though and pictures were freezing making tv obsolete. There is no fridge but nice selection of coffee capsules and a coffeemaker were a nice addition.

Nice apartment but with a catch

Didn't have the office, stains all over the couch & floor. Everything had a balmy feeling to it. This is in the red-light district with many prostitutes. I got catcalled while walking down the street. I told the company and they didnt care. I work remotely and there was no desk. I left asap.

Not as described in red-light district

It's a very comfortable apartment, I stayed there for a business stay. There's everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, coffee machine).

Added to my favorite place for business travel

Perfectly recommended, very well localized despite the red area but wasn't bothering us, the host is very responsive and with little care, the accommodation is really big with everything you need.

Stays of 4 days

A great option for anyone or a couple who want to stay in the central area of Paquis, close to the train station and accessible easily to the rest of Geneva.  The apartment is well done, a small entry with desk, a living room with nice big smart TV and plenty of chanels, and a comfortable bedroom.  The area near the hotel has some questionable nightlife, but it is safe and very near station.  I will certainly stay here again.

Good, low cost option in city center

The room was good. It was quite during our stay and the hosts were very responsive. We would consider staying here again if we return to Geneva. A close walk to the waterfront and attractions. Not a bad place to stay with a family as long as you are headed towards the lake. The restaurants in the area were also very good.

The only negative was some shady characters on the streets towards the train station in the evening due to the proximity to the brothels. We didn't feel threatened, but had to walk past few men doing drugs and women waiting for "customers."

Good Value Location

For my group of three womxn, we felt okay in the area. As long as you are reasonably cautious when moving around, you should be fine plus the entry is protected with code entry. 

Location was super great in terms of proximity to the main part of Geneva and activities. And the station area was close too if you need to store your luggage for any reason.

Close to the essentials!

This is not a hotel but a poorly managed Airbnb. There is basically no air under the roof with no ventilation, and the unit smells of smoke. The street is unsafe. Overall, it would be much better to stay in IBIS or any other budget hotel in the center location.
