We stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was great! We were greeted by very friendly and pleasant staff who took care of us even though it was very late. The hotel room was clean, spacious and smelled very nice of pine. The beds are soft and comfortable, the interior is quite simple, but everything is done with taste. The room has a TV, minibar and other necessary things. Due to the fact that we were unlucky with the weather in Switzerland, everything was cloudy and it was raining very hard, we could not enjoy the view from our room, but we were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the very comfortable hotel room! We recommend staying here!

It’s worth booking a room here!

A lovely location, excellent reception and clean large rooms with balconies. Hospitality and warm welcome made us feel home. The views from windows and balcony are really nice. There is large parking just in front of the hotel .

The restaurant's staff was courteous, the breakfast was good and varied at an honest price. On the evening the choice of cards there offered several interesting and diverse options. Local dishes and Ukrainian cuisine. Even in the evening the price was more than honest. Different is the talk for the alleged hotel... for the price paid you can't claim who knows what: the structure dates back to the 1970s and shows all its years. But well... what annoyed us more were some details: - the room was never cleaned during the same meal, the beds were cleaned and the same dishes were washed away; - on arrival the TV was still in the mailbox, despite the fact that it was not even responsible for the changes, so it was not even responsible for the fact that it was wrongly written - but we also had to pay off the bill (if you wanted to pay the bill, but then you could not pay the bill and then you could not pay the bill and then you could not pay the bill and then you could not pay the bill and then you could have to pay the bill and then you could have to pay the bill and then you could have to pay the bill and

Very bad experience at Hotel Old Inn ! Don't stay there! 

First time I put a bad comment on an accomodation. I've traveled worldwide from cheap hostels to fancy hotels and never have I ever experienced such an unprofessional behavior. 

No owners on site to speak to. The staff is untrustworthy, dishonest, rude and patronizing. But they will be pleased to charge you twice and not refund you even if you agreed so. 

They are impossible to get in touch with : email adress not valid, no one answers your calls, zero answers on whatsapp or booking chat. They also hang up on you. Good luck if you need any further info or try to reach them. Don't expect anyone to act in a descent manner here. 

Dont trust the old comments. It can't be the same team. 

The hotel isn't in Kublis but in Saas. So don't count on any train connections to Klosters, only a long 30 min bus ride. 

The hotel is old and dark. The room was cold, no heat in middle of february. Nothing especialy romantic. The TV, the fridge, the wifi/wlan and the remote control were broken. Very loud noises fom the staircases or basement in the evening and construction work in the next building in the early morning. Don't forget your ear plugs if you expect a bit of sleep! 
They will charge you 10 chf for a parking space for the night, even if it's free of charge in the streets. 

To be simple : DON'T STAY THERE !

I'm not checking in anymore. Shiny shower curtains, if you didn't put them right, you got a flood in the bathroom 🙈 The beds are rather uncomfortable.

It's for one night.

The hotel is well maintained, cleaned and cared for directly by the owners (husband and wife) who have managed it for at least twenty-one years presumably. The rooms are comfortable. The lady takes care of the reception, service at the tables and in dispensing information; I found it very kind and quick in serving the customer. The kitchen is cared for by the husband. I have consumed two dinners based on tasty traditional dishes. The dishes were plentiful, well prepared and well presented. In general the quality-price ratio is excellent.

Small family-run hotel-restaurant

just a one night stay on my way to Klosters / Davos!!
Came in late - was no problem for the Hotel-Owners.
Pretty old House with old school inventory but everything functional and clean.
did not except all credit-cards ...

Zwischenstopp

Here you will always be very friendly. Sure, the large family room could be more modern, but picobello is clean and completely sufficient if you are on the track all day long. Breakfast is great and dinner is really the best in all saas! Traditionally cooked here with Bündner specialties and it tastes really great! And of course it's a little more expensive in Switzerland from home, but here the price/performance ratio is really true! Every time again!

Holidays for skiing

I visited this hotel 3 yrs ago and except for the single room I had no remarks.
This time we booked 2 double rooms and this made the difference. Rooms are spacious, clean and silent. Arrival at 00:30 is no problem. Breakfast is basic but sufficient.

Second visit was excellent

We were four in total at the Old Jnn Hotel. We had a large two-bedroom apartment and a large living room with a balcony. The hotel restaurant was excellent and the owners were very friendly.
