Defects/Listing: # No wardrobe in the room # No electricity in the rooms for a few hours at night # No air conditioning in the room turns off after 10min - overnight at 30 degrees in the room # The hallways are dark as in a bunker/parkhouse + all concrete # The whole hotel is dirty # The rooms are much smaller and at least 10 m2 away from the specified 33 m2 even if you count the balcony # The staff is all indifferent, which suggests a management problem # No pictures of the room at first glance at Booking.com - This is purely intentional hotel # The elevator worked on the floor and was not leaked by the hotel staff instead of a lot of specialist replacements

It stinks, it's dirty, it's disgusting

The hotel is located on the very shore of the rock. It is a beautiful hotel. The views are beautiful, but it is difficult to get down to the sea. The only way down the staircase is halfway down the path through the stones covered with sacks of sand. People with limited opportunities are difficult. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable in my opinion. Your things are not easy to put anywhere (there are no boxes or cabins), so everything will be in the suitcase.

The hotel has a natural beauty with incredible views of the ocean, the staff is very friendly, the rooms have huge balconies and beautiful views and some with access to infinite swimming pools, almost private ones that are shared with two or three more habits. Now... two important things, the first, a very poor breakfast, little varied and not much choice for the Western taste, only toasted mermaid, something of fruit and cereals, a very bad pastries, and eggs, nothing of jam, basically to make salads and lots of oriental style food at 7:40 am.

To take into account

The location on the slope above the beach probably made the use of a lot of concrete necessary. But unfortunately this roof was not covered with friendly colors or other materials but remains visible. It absolutely lacks the Asian ambience and is more like a Central European commercial building. It lacks the flair for detail. Whether the shower charms are retro-style or really old remains unclear. The terrace with well-plastered roof on a steel construction resembles a factory building, and what is the only image in the room of a purple-coloured leaf with Thailand. This is a very veiled bathroom and has almost no spaces.

You have to like concrete.

The view from the balcony and from the rooftop pool are amazing. I went here for a week's vacation and it was so relaxing. The breakfast buffet was good and the little chef that made the eggs and omlettes was lovely. I only ate once at the hotel restaurant in the evening. It was nice but more expensive than the local restaurants and quite quiet not really inviting.The rooftop pool was lovely with a great view. The bar staff were a bit pushy to keep bringing you cocktails at happy hour and then we were overcharged so that was a bit disappointing. They also didn't mind turning up the volume on the music. At times when I was on the beach I could here it and it sounded like a rave. lol. Lucky that was during the day. Getting to the hotel is a bit of a trek though. But once you are there it is lovely. I liked surin beach because it was clean and not so crowded as some of the other places, It has a nice beach where I spent most of my time. Would definitely return.

Room with a view

My finance and I stayed here for 2 nights in the pool access room. Amazing view to beach from anywhere in the hotel and easy access to beach. The staff were 10 out of 10 and made us feel very welcome and attended all our needs very quickly, special thank you to Yaya and Foh who were very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast buffet was great. Wifi works really well anywhere in the hotel and the pool on the roof has the most amazing views. Surin beach is also great for snorkelling and would certainly return here. Highly recommended. 

Best hotel experience

very nice and clean hotel , perfect location , beautiful view from the balcony fro the sea , nice pool with view for a sea as well , the way to beach its a bit tricky and rocky you need be carful , it can be hard for older people , food on breakfast was delicious , tasty , especially penang curry fish ,

nice hotel

This resort offers great view and location due to beach access to Surin beach. I gave a 3 stars because the resort lack in customer service, breakfast is okay, menu at the restaurant is poor and expensive and the bartenders need some training in how to make drinks/cocktails. Plus we had a late flight and the hotel didn’t send us a cab already confirmed by email. The staff need some training. 

Great view 

First time to Phuket. The choice in 15 minutes without any feedback- booking and here we are. Husband like RECENZENT (already been to Tai). The first impressions, I will say, didn't differ from the final ones- everything was very nice. From the airport 15-20 minutes, the meeting at the level everything is clear and convenient, service for 9 days super- any question was solved. The room- just cozy with a view of the beauty ((angled 206 V). We're all over the hotel. Breakfast- until the best of all trips, diverse and suitable for everyone.
