They charge you heaps for bringing a guest over aka girl not girl freindly.Make sure you check with other hotels or else they charge you way too much.Great location and food very close to walking strret

Feels more like a motel
Staff didnt help at all, basically didn't understand or speak English at all which is weird because they present themselves as travel agancy as well.
Room was cleanish really dirty toilet
WiFi worked most of the time, 
Breakfast not included but could add 
Pool was small but ok 

Rented a motorcycle for good price 

I guess for a couple of guys wanting a cheap spot close to the shore and not too far from nightlife is ok but any higher standard doesn't apply. 

Very cheap hotel 

The hotel has a bar and restaurant with excellent cuisine, a swimming pool for adults and children with only 20 rooms, which allows you to relax from the noise of large hotels and get attention and VIP service.

Comfortable 204 room, close to the beach, near the store, near the food is delicious and cheap, there is a very cozy swimming pool, responsive staff, I was with my wife from January 18 to January 31, 2016 and I'll definitely be back at this hotel.

Best location, close to everything, patong beach is 10 mnts away.

Hello, dear travelers I'm writing about this hotel very late I hope that the attitude towards guests has changed there, we were a company of 5 people in 2014 (fled the Olympics)! So we had 3 rooms all arrived like OK then started with the sister from the bag got 100 bucks!!! Okay I didn't put the fault in the safe which is at the reception. 2 the guest in the room turned out to be a bit like a bug in the bed.

You guys, I've got you.

It is in a good location to everything but the standard of service is very poor. Nobody wants to help you, if you're sat round the pool no 1 will come ask if you want a towel or drink. So I went to the family mart next door and is much cheaper. The rooms are above average but 2 single bed's pushed together please go buy some double bed's. 

I'll start with the beach, because to choose this hotel you have to choose the Patong. The Patong is often cursed. It's dirty. We've lived in both Karone, Katha, Katha Noy, and Nai Harne. So I wouldn't be so aggressive about the Patong. It's not so dirty. But it's very convenient. Especially for travelers who are first time to Phuket. Given that it's expensive to move here, you'll find yourself at the center of an active tourist life here and here and here and here and here and there and there and there and there and there and there's a night market in Ceylon.

In principle, we liked everything. A small swimming pool. The area is also very small, but well maintained. Cozy spacious rooms. A large bed. Clean bedding. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Smiling Thais)

A cozy city hotel

We've checked in this hotel after 2 days in a different descent place , but there is nothing to compare to this great place! There is a peaceful atmosphere all around,
The swimming pool is so clean and comfortable.. The staff is very nice and smily , even though there is the small disadvantage by not having safe in every room 
But the reception has safes 
We didn't book the room with breakfast, so we cannot determine if the food is good 
But the price is very decent for a real resort place ! Very recommended!
