Very nice hotel, hospitable reception, good breakfast, staff very friendly, smiling, kind, cleaned well, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the center, we have room not for the pool, but for the garden, there are maracuyas growing there, the balcony birds fly in the morning, it's so nice to wake up to the sounds of nature, there are many cafes, massage and of course 7-Eleven, we really like it, hotel young, all new, clean, keep relaxing, thank you for the hospitality👌👌👌

The hotel is great.

Stayed here for a night and it was really good. 
Location wise it is in a quiet part of south Pattaya. The hotel offers a shuttle service to some of the main areas such as the pier and walking street, but these finish at 8pm. Walking street is then about a 15 minute walk, mainly downhill. So uphill on the way back. 
The room itself was a good size, clean, with a few nice bits complimentary. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Your door opens onto a communal balcony. I felt that the doors (large glass onto communal area were a bit too public although you do have a curtain to be a bit more private). Bed was clean and comfortable. You had a desk etc. 
The hotel also has a nice swimming pool with a slide for kids. Small gym area. A restaurant/cafe too. 
I had the breakfast which was decent. Not so many cafes in the direct area so worth paying a little extra for the breakfast. 
Staff were great and always helpful. Advised me regarding travelling to Koh Lan without asking, which put a good addition to my trip. 

For the price i paid this place was great. Would i stay here again? Location wise I would need to consider it. Otherwise definately. 

Great place. 

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights 21st Feb - 24th Feb 2018. The room was a good size, contemporary style with comfy king sized bed, flat screen tv, & good sized bathroom. We had some issues with the bathroom & air conditioning but they were rectified very quickly. It was a pain the room was south facing, so we had the glaring sun & heat, there were no net curtains, so the curtains had to stay shut while we were in the room, otherwise no privacy from all the other rooms facing onto us. The breakfast offered was plenty & quite a good choice of asian dishes. Western choice was toast, jam, butter, fried/boiled egg, sausage/ham kept warm in water, cheese, yogurt, cereal. Tea, coffee, milk, juices (watered down). On the Saturday they cooked omelettes from order & they were very nice. The hotel is situated on Soi 4, 15 minutes from the beach. The Jomtien Beach is now clean & a nice promenade has been built with palm trees. It is a narrow beach but very long with sun beds you can rent (dont know the price) The main city centre, Walk In Street is about 10 minute taxi ride away, cost 200 baht. The hotel has a pool, but it is in constant shade, not much good for sun bathing. Even though this was a nice hotel, we would not stay there again because it was full of rowdy Chinese families, who never care how much noise they make & found the reception staff unfriendly - a welcome when we first arrived & thank you for staying when we left, or even a smile would go a long way.

Nice Hotel

The hotel has all the facilities such as a pool, extra-large rooms, good room-service etc., but the only problem is that the location is quite far from the main walking street/market area/beach. I'm not saying that the location itself is bad. It's pretty peaceful and good. Just that in order to go to any place, you'll have to take a cab (a motorcycle) and it'll easily cost you 80-90 TBH one way.
The staff was kind enough to give us resting space in the lobby the previous night before the check-in and even helped us with early check-in.
The breakfast, though varied, was okay.

Except the location, everything is very good!

We just stayed in this place for 2 nights and the only good thing is the property is good and clean now the Cons 
1. Its super far from all the good stuff like - Beach , walking street, in fact, we spent a lot on cabs because the TUKTUK will not come to this place even if they do the charge huge money 
2. Their breakfast is Just ok ok NTNgreat and the staff don't give a tack away breakfast they want you to intimate  the previous night 
*************Note the staffs try to scam you  they brought few towels and said that they are stained and we need to pay them 300TBH  for dry cleaning but when we checked out we did see that our Towels and the bedspread was clean plz be carefull *********************

It's a great hotel, all within walking distance, and there's a free shuttle to the pier and downtown, and the only big drawback is that all the family rooms come out of the windows, and that's why the fall room is so noisy... that you're missing all the advantages of the hotel!

Hotel itself is lovely I like swimming pool a lot. Breakfast is very nice. I been here first time and Iike this hotel much. Staff service is good and they are friendly. I'm sure I will be returned soonest.

Good hotel

Pros- clean hotel, cleaners cannot be faulted, near a whole load of restaurants, rooms decent size, fresh watermelon and pineapple breakfast. Cons- breakfast menu mainly caters for Chinese, noodles stirs fry some etc. boiled eggs runny, one type of bread, boiled ham and boiled sausages. The pool area is small, gets sun in different parts at different times of day, don't be fooled by the pictures , it is surrounded all four sides with buildings. Would I stay here again, probably not , there are more hotels with varied /better facilities but overall it was okay.
