Very nice and very comfortable hotel. A pretty good buffet, the only thing they have no alternatives for people with intolerances. The room is comfortable and spacious but lacks maintenance especially the bathroom and air conditioning.

Very nice hotel, needs some care.

Stayed here while on a trip to the Sahara. Excellent service, such a great room as well. Very comfy beds, clean and spacious. It was quite noisy though. The dinner and breakfast was also of great quality. It makes for a great base to explore further into the desert.

Great international hotel in Tozeur. Nice place, view and pool. The rooms that gave us are quite small. The place is nice, but the environment is that of the big hotels, impersonal. The restaurant and breakfast are not up to the place, but still correct.

My partner and I booked for 7 days, but on the 5th we left! On the website of this hotel there is a wide variety of services, but in reality when we arrived there was no one available, except the outdoor pool whose ceramic was very dirty. If I found a small positive note I would say breakfast. For the rest I don't have much to add.

A very warm welcome, a hotel with lavish buildings, a beautiful outdoor pool (a small + for having a heated indoor pool when it's less hot even if the temperature in the area is still quite high).

We spent two nights in this very nice and very well-maintained charming hotel. The very large and comfortable room, the bathroom very clean. The reception rooms and the restaurant are spacious and with a typical architecture. We had dinner on the covered terrace. Food and service perfect. Large outdoor pool with clean water. We recommend this hotel without a problem.

Very nice hotel.

We stayed for a few nights, but it was enough to get us back on our feet after a trip through the desert. This hotel is really comfortable, with spacious rooms, a huge swimming pool, professional service and attentive to your needs. If you had to go back to Tozeur, I would spend the night there again.

It's a great hotel.

I've spent 3 nights in this hotel with a group of 50 people the architecture is nice the rooms are correct and clean even if they need some archaic TV upgrades and don't work most of the time medium WiFi animation almost absent even in the presence of many customers the black dot it's very limited and poor quality food except on Saturday or they have provided more effort because the hotel was archiplein at breakfast you have trouble having milk because they put a small amount no cheese or omelets or pancakes cups of coffee are not clean.....
