The employees was great very hospitable they helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay specially chaima the guest relation officer 
The hotel location is good for shopping and restaurants

It was a one bedroom suite with a semi kitchenette and a small balcony. The space was decent though looks a bit worn out. There is nothing to complain as well as nothing praise worthy. The service was mediocre. The main restaurant was closed due to Covid and food was served by the pool which wasn't that great. The breakfast spread was poor. However the staff were great and friendly. One thing which is great about this hotel is it's proximity to marina area which is hardly 10mins walk.

Love this hotel. Been here many times. I like the fact that you can stay at an apartment even though you ate traveling for work. Very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent, either you prefer fish, meat or pasta. Nice pool as well. The only downside is the internet which some times can be annoying

bad hotel / apartment. many things in the room are broken. immediately indicated on arrival but the employee was not interested? room was clean. Not much choise for breakfast. at the breakfast table was someone smoking, very dirty!!

I've stayed at this hotel around 3 times, and it is definitely one of my favorite places to stay and it is probably the best value in Tuzla too.

The front desk staff are very welcoming and hospitable, they also speak good English incase you have any questions, or need them to call you a taxi or anything like that.

What I really like about it is you basically get your own small apartment. I say small, however it is larger than any hotel room you'll stay in, in this area. This is handy as you have a space to sit on the sofa and relax, you have your own fridge, your own kitchen and kettle, and most rooms if not all have a mini balcony too. The bedroom is spacious with a large comfortable bed (I believe Queen size).

I've never used the outdoor swimming pool, I can't recall seeing it filled. However this is a possible amenity in the summer - you'll have to check with the hotel.

The breakfast is disappointing, as the selection is small and things are often running low. You can still get a coffee and some small amount of matter to eat before work at least. I have to say in the evenings the food is better, you can get a cold beer and the restaurant Manager is a good guy and normally pretty cheery. I think recently they have gotten a bit quiet in the restaurant for reasons which will become clear below!

Top tip, Viaport marina just opened (~late 2015) over the road and it is fantastic, it is an upmarket outdoor shopping mall with many restaurants. As it's all new it's all very clean, and it looks like something out of Dubai. Hopefully it is maintained and doesn't fall apart. Once word gets around to us visiting techs / supts, I think the hotel price will creep up.

Highly recommended for your business trip in Tuzla

My husband is at work and I am on a holiday in May. Everything was very nice. The room is bright and spacious. Very clean. The room is like a 2-room apartment. The room is like a 2-room studio with kitchen and bedroom. In the kitchen is a 2-conforc, electric kettle, dishes of any kind. The service was very surprised. Even the dishes are washed. I cooked in the kitchen, suddenly knocked, they said they wanted to clean everything. I went out with a book in the bathroom to sit by the pool. I didn't have time to wash the dishes. When I came back, I found that you tasted delicious: bakery, knives, divided board and acupuncture dishes.

This is a wonderful hotel in Tozle.

I often go to this hotel during my business trips. It is located in Tuzla 10 minutes by car from the shipyard area. It has all the comforts, some rooms also have the kitchen corner. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. Unfortunately you can't see the Italian canals, but English are enough. It has an elegant and typical restaurant but 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Tuzla beach promenade where there are hundreds of lounges, restaurants of all kinds and a beautiful view of the gulf. I forgot there is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool that can be used by all guests.

Great location for business trips

I worked at the nearby shipyard. Unlike the shipyard, you can relax and enjoy the holiday at the hotel. The Polish countryside invites you to bathe and sunbathe. I can't say anything about the prices. Everything has been taken over by the agent.
