I stayed at this hotel in June 2021. the mattress and the sheets are very poor and tearful and dirty. The mattress is so poor that it hurt my back. The TV doesn't work, the Internet doesn't work either. I had to pay for seven nights and when I wanted to leave the hotel for discomfort, the owner didn't want to return my money. A very rude man. I advise you not to stay in this hotel if you want to have a good vacation.

HORRIBLE HOTEL to avoid

They present it as a 4-star hotel, and it doesn't get to a boarding house. We have to go up the reception and rooms, down a narrow, steep staircase. We don't keep any sheets in bed, nobody shows up at the reception. Breakfast, which we had paid for, we couldn't take, because nobody was there.

Infame

We booked four nights in this hotel; it appeared with four stars... Nothing farther from reality. No elevator, old furniture, rotten spotlights, mold in the bathroom, dirt, the fridge doesn't work, no wifi, dirty curtains... We stayed one night and searched for another hotel. There was no way to talk to the owner because he didn't show up all day. Ah! breakfast was from 8 to 10.

Old and badly conditioned.

False advertising. Do not rely on photos. Reception never open. Nice hotel but the street is too noisy, it is impossible to rest without double glazing. No breakfast options (such as juice, butter, bread...). You can eat fatty fried foods and pepperfruit... the shower is in a sorry state: humidity, broken shower apple. I doubt the household was done every day. The walls are in cartons, you can hear the noise of the street and the noise of the hallways of the hotel.

Hotels to Avoid

The room where we were was noisy, you hear everything from the street. The room isn't clean correcly, toilet paper was missing. The shower had defaults. And the breakfast... Horrible not like on the pictures. I don't recommend it..

This hotel is a joke

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The horrible breakfast, the girls don't understand a word of English or order a coffee. The fatal rooms, the minibar didn't work and the room was in a patio with the air conditioned room and constantly making a lot of noise. They didn't clean the rooms. We asked for a taxi for the next morning and got paid there. In the morning when we went to pick it up they said it wasn't paid even though we had a receipt. We had to pay another taxi. No hotel bill and no façade and nowhere is it listed as a hotel or a star hotel. There is no elevator and we have to climb up to the rooms by a rather dangerous staircase. If you don't want to love your vacation, you better go to this hotel.

Staff members.

It's more expensive than a cruise on the Bosphorus. 18 liras a juice, a cruise 15. They didn't clean the room in 5 days just made the bed and changed the towels. No comment was made that there was a panoramic terrace upstairs overlooking the sea, we discovered it the last day, to see this may be our thing but there was generally little communication. On the first day we were taken to another hotel because our room was not listed. Notice that it was vegan to know if any kind of vegetable milk had ever been given to me. If you're a major the stairs are very unlikely to be very dangerous.

Breakfast at the price of gold.

The staff were friendly but limited understanding of the English language. 
The hotel was ok . 
Need of updating as the  beds of the base were dirty. 
Shower door would leak water on the bathroom floor. 
Air conditioning was leaking on the bedroom flook
NO WIFI during our stay .we told the staff but nothing was done.

Holiday

Thank you very much to the staff of the hotel and personally to Cameron for their attention to the elderly. The vacation was wonderful. All the issues were resolved very quickly. We will definitely be coming again.

Rest in Istanbul

I book this room in this hotel for my three days stay in old town of istanbul ! First of all i book room 20 sq m in 4 star hotel. I am ordering who put that this hotel is 4 star class and my room was max 12-13sq m. Fridge and tv wasn’t work. Not welcome water , the bathroom smell so bad, the covers of bed had a lot of dirty leaks , walls dirty.i  stay 3 days and they didnt clean my room. 4 star hotel without toothbrush hairbrush elevator cleaning every day water in fridge 24h reception ... This hotel is disaster.  I will never come here again even if they will pay me.
