We had an amazing experience in this resort. Our kid enjoyed the kids activity. Being vegetarians, they took care of our special needs. The resort had a safe area for small kids. Swimming pool and other areas were very clean. Lot of activities in the evening for kids and adults, like Karoke night, dance show etc

The beach is very small and always dirty, the garbage is never cleaned, it had to lie like in a piggy bank. And this is in contrast when the beaches of other pools are in good condition. The bar on the beach is a decaying lagoon with only water and gas. In the room there are the smells of moisture, mold in the bath and old repairs. The food is less but one-sided. Of the 3 elevators only 2 have to be cleaned for a long time.

The hotel is terrible.

I rarely write reviews. But here they were few. I decided to write everything as soon as I got the job. I went to work and bought a cup of tea the day before and at a very favorable price. After reading the reviews, I was ready for everything. I went alone with a 9-year-old boy. People. I came to the hotel 2 nights away. I had to go to the hotel 1.5 hours away from the airport, and my friend was the last one to go to the hotel.

I've been on vacation since June 2023. I really enjoyed it. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, the food and desserts are great. The staff is friendly and friendly. I would like to pay tribute to the staff of the spa: the manager Samira, Sesaia, the massage therapist Berley. They're professionals, they're attentive to the guests and they're just nice people.

My vacation.

We arrived at the hotel late in the morning. The receptionist was very unhappy with the senior apparent manager who was too nervous and it was obvious from his face that you asked me to change the room because it was not possible to sleep there, there was no air conditioner, and it was very hot without it. Consequently, he got sick already in the morning. At the receptionist said places no. Come in the morning what we will think. When we arrived at the receptionist in the morning there was a very unhappy senior apparent manager who was too nervous and it was obvious from his face that you asked me to change the room at 6 pm.

It's such a rest.

A fun hotel, a great location for shops nearby, mountains above the head, green, territory and swimming pools are huge.

We've had a great time, a sea, beach, mountain basins, a variety of delicious food for five people.

The dining hall was in the basement and it did not smell well and was not well cleaned. The dishes were dirty. The quality of the food was not good at all. The food ran out quickly and was not charged.The room and bathroom were not cleaned. The lobby was very hot and the coolers were not working. The pool water was not clean.

I do not recommend at all

the hotel is not cleaned, full of dust, cleaning the room consists of making the bed, the rooms are not vacuumed, the air conditioning in the room and the toilet in the toilet did not work. Food was ok punishable enough but breakfasts were meager.

It was not  really a 5 star hotel . Evrything had problems!, at the resturant dishes werenot clean also we couldent find any bowl and clean spon and fork, towels were torn, staff were very impolite, drinks were finishing at the start of some days!!! ( all in clusive hotel) , wifi was available just in lobby with very bad quality.......it was the wost hotel that I have been in turkey.     IRAN-MARYAM
