The most important thing is the water every day, cold - all day, hot - in the morning and evening. The elevator works, but only up to 7 floors, further on by foot. In my room there was a teapot, but there were no cups to it. We took it downstairs for breakfast. By the way, breakfast is a small choice, but everything is basic, you won't go hungry.

Not bad for Donetsk.

The hotel operates a good restaurant - it is in the basement - the kitchen is excellent, the prices are low. From morning till 16h business-lunch, the price of lunch from salad, first, second, garnish, tea 150 rubles. The staff is polite, people with machines are also polite, everything was arranged. The parking of cars in the underground parking lot is free, guarded. The hotel is clean. Standard rooms are simple, but not refreshed, fresh bed, refrigerator, soap, television, shampoo, bottle for shoes. You know, not bad for 800 rubles. / During wartime, the price is amazing.

Better choice with a modest budget

I was there wo times - i searched central an englisch speaking Hotel. This two goals have been fulfilled. I always had clean rooms and friendly Service in this hotel. There is also a Restaurant and a coffee bar in THW building. I would take this location again and again!

Average Class in Centre of Donezk

It's not my first time staying at this hotel. It's budget-friendly, clean. The internet is no problem. The city center, close to theaters, shops.

It's fine.

I'm absolutely disappointed. I made a reservation on the phone. The staff gave the wrong number information. The photos on the site don't match the current situation.

A hotel with a promising name.

It is located in the heart of the city, with excellent rooms, affordable prices, convenient transport links, and a standard room with a comfortable living area, which has been completely renamed without excesses, but with amenities.

Central in the city centre

I stayed here for only 1 night while attending a Shakhtar Donetsk football match. The hotel fairly modern and comfortable by ukranian standards but not luxurious (dombass palace is apparenlty the best hotel in donetsk but considerably more expensive.

Anyway, the central hotel was clean and comfortable, no window in the room but a painted view, of london!

If you are going to the football stadium its a fairly long walk (30-40 minutes) but its straight down the main street which passes several of the pubs restaurants and mcdonalds.

Got ripped off for a taxi from the airport to the hotel but the hotel organised a taxi back to the airport and it was much cheaper.

comfortable hotel

This is a very centrally located 3-star big hotel of an old Soviet style (walking distance from the main square, but having a relatively good lobby and with small but still freshly furnished/decorated rooms. The room was warm and the sleep quality of the bed was above average, the staff was very kind. The parking is a little bit away so you have to walk 5-10 min to get from your car to the hotel. The hotel accepts payments in cash and all major debit/credit cards. There is free Wi-Fi with good signal in all the rooms and the lobby of the hotel. The price per person of 675 UAH (around 65 EUR) per comfort room with a breakfast on a block table included (served in the restaurant of the hotel from 7:00 till 11:00 a.m.) is average for Donetsk, so I would recommend the Central hotel for anyone who is looking for a good and not very expensive hotel in the centre of the city.

Great location, but average in general hotel!

Hotel in a rather central location, close to the main vial, close to restaurants and bars, clean room, free Wi-Fi, courteous and English speaking staff, motorcycle parking, discreet international breakfast, fairly high price.

Not bad.

Not clean room I found hair in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom, very medium breakfast, little choice, dry omelette very sweet Viennese, very salty charcuterie, no fruit, all a little outdated in conclusion we can find a little meadow and cheaper
