We had only breakfast. The food seemed scarce to me (I was already in Lviv, also in hotel 3*, so there was something to compare with). Of the drinks was juice, tea, coffee, water. Of the food was cassava, fried eggs, sausages, oats, cookies and so on. We had to have breakfast a little bit later, which is why we had to wait in line to put on our own studio dishes.

Nice hotel in the center of Lviv

The hotel is very good, the rooms are good. The breakfast is delicious, full. The room is clean enough. But the TV is not working. And most importantly, the room smells terrible. The feeling that some smell was trying to hide, and it got even worse.

The terrible service at this hotel, when I arrived, the room was not cleaned, I asked for a reception to be cleaned, I waited an hour and a half, nobody showed up, I went to the waitresses, they said that they weren't even warned about the cleaning reception, after three hours they were still waiting for the cleaning. The food there is disgusting, don't go to the fact that there is a free breakfast.

It's a terrible service.

The hotel is located in the very center of Lviv, within walking distance of all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are clean, the furniture is decent, everything is cleaned. In the hotel breakfast is included in the cost of living.

A decent hotel

I want to say thank you to the staff. We had a rest in January, for Christmas, the hotel was very pleasant. We arrived in Lviv early in the morning and had not yet taken into account the time difference between the countries, so very early in the morning, however, the car was parked without any further questions, asked for a little walk and in a couple of hours we could get a room ready, about 10.00 a.m. we needed something from the car and when we were passing through the hall the girl at the reception asked for our passports and said that we could settle down without any additional fees, it was pleasant. The room was improved standard, matched the description, completely neatly cleaned up, the furniture was not costly, good. We stayed three days, the next day we managed to settle in the room without any additional fees, but we wouldn't be surprised if you were staying in the hotel room for the next half hour.

It's a good hotel.

The two-seater comfort room - small, clean, for overnight work trips - is normal, there is a mini-cosmetic, but the quality did not like it, there was no towel for the feet. Breakfast - Swedish table - simple, it is difficult to stay hungry.

The Commander

We came to the hotel through a tourist company. The mandatory condition was to celebrate the New Year for an extra fee, which is a lot higher than in other hotels. The result: the food is weak, the New Year's program is very sparse. Breakfast at the hotel on a Swedish table type. It's your turn to take food, the food is cold, the coffee is soluble. Besides the fact that the hotel is located in the center, there are no advantages, I don't recommend, unfortunately!

Except for the fact that the location is good and central. Equipment and service are reminiscent of the time of the GDR. Our room on the 2nd floor had only a cold lamp in the middle of the room and no switch on the bed. The towels were stretched out and not changed. There was only a small piece of hard soap. There was no safe. When we came back from the late breakfast there was a key in the door, it was not locked and the cleaning car was alone and the staff could not see anything. During the entire stay the beds were not made or sucked. The breakfast was fine but when eating there was no glass bottle of beer and at 21.45 the restaurant was already closed and was asked to leave at the entrance at 22.00 a. Youth hostels are better

A normal hotel, plus breakfast a Swedish table), when last year the room was 1200 is normal, but in 2019 the room is 1800 UAH, for this hotel it is a lot, for less money in the center of Lviv many hotels are better than this. As a summary price and quality do not correspond.

It's normal, but it's expensive.

Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair.  Good prices as for citycentre. They serve breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet breakfast, you can take everything that you need: snacks, hot dishes, drinks, desserts.
